The way back is slightly-but-steadily uphill, so make sure you have enough water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Get a Taste of the Old at Land\u2019s End &#8211;\u00a0<\/b><\/b>You can continue your bicycle ride from Ocean Beach (again there are hills) to Land\u2019s End, and enjoy more fabulous angles of the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Bridge. Amid the children\u2019s playground, basketball and tennis courts, the multi-tiered park is a popular place for locals and tourists alike to chat, read, drink or sleep. Voyage here on the weekend for some premier people-watching festivities.<\/li>\n<li><b><b>Japantown Peace Plaza &#8211;\u00a0<\/b><\/b>The six square blocks of Japantown pack quite the stimulating punch, whether you\u2019re a first time visitor or a been-there-done-that local. It culminates in the Peace Plaza, which is the site of the Peace Pagoda, a five-level concrete shrine designed by architect Yoshiro Taniguchi. The plaza hosts many annual festivals and events,<span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\"> but is also good to sit and eat lunch in any ole Wednesday, too.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Novelty<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Mus\u00e9e M\u00e9canique \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there\u2019s one reason to venture near Fisherman\u2019s Wharf, it\u2019s probably because of Mus\u00e9e M\u00e9canique.
