New untrained staff (Christian) at front desk did not know where to find HotelsByDay email with reservation in their system, and decided to check-in two other guests ahead of me, though I had arrived first (half hour delay) After Christian decided to ask Front desk mgr, the mgr found HotelsByDay email reservation in their system without any problem. Hotel elevators in need of maintenance. Room ok.
