The Courtyard by Marriott Reading Wyomissing hotel provides visitors with a warm welcome to go along with free parking, free Wi-Fi, and great day rooms. There’s an on-site restaurant and bar, plus an indoor swimming pool, and various attractions in every direction from the hourly rooms. Neighborhood

  • Diverse Dining – Diners are spoilt for choice, with one of the nearest establishments combining Chinese and vegetarian styles at Chen Vegetarian. Upscale and healthy dining is on offer at Willoughby’s On Park, where you can find steak, seafood and cocktails. If Mexican meals tickle your fancy then check out Plaza Azteca and its extensive range of Mexican dishes. Turophiles are in for a treat at artisanal eatery Say Cheese! Restaurant & Cheese, which has a refreshing take on American comfort food. Other local styles include barbecue, Hawaiian, Indian, and Italian.

  • Crystal Cave – Head underground at the unique Crystal Cave, to the north of the hotel. This subterranean attraction features a fantastic cave to explore, and there’s the chance to pan for gems. Plus there’s outdoor mini-golf and a souvenir shop with cool gifts to buy for friends and family (or yourself).

  • Maple Grove Raceway – Gearheads should drive a short way south to reach Maple Grove Raceway, a quarter mile dragstrip and the home of various national and local races, including the Pennsylvania Dutch Classic. Other events, such as car shows and concerts, are also hosted so be sure to check the schedule to see what’s on when you’re in town.

  • Santander Arena – Just to the east is the Santander Arena, which provides seating for 8,800 people. It’s the home of a minor league hockey team and a sports, music, and theater complex for those who like a variety of live performances.
