- Room and/or amenity purchases are mandatory to participate.

- No monthly fees.

Terms & Conditions
- You can redeem your free stay when the amount of points accumulated matches the cost of the booking.
- Points can be redeemed solely in the same country/currency of loyalty origin
- Bookings made prior to signing up to the #MasterKey loyalty community are not eligible for points.
- Cancellations or no-shows on granted stays will forfeit the rewarded points.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points from one loyalty account cannot merge into another account.
- Not possible to purchase services with a hybrid of points and currency. It's either all points or all currency.
- You accept receiving casually scheduled notifications from HotelsByDay.
- Redeemable on HotelsByDay.com only.
- Purchased points at a bulk for a discount are non-refundable, except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.
- HotelsByDay is not responsible for lost points, or for unauthorized use.
