Come to the hotel and my room wasn't ready at 0900hrs, not a problem as 15 mins later...

Come to the hotel and my room wasn't ready at 0900hrs, not a problem as 15 mins later I got my key but they did give me a free breakfast. Got to my room and an hour or so into sleeping the fire alarms go off. I then decided to get room service, I couldn't get hold of the restaurant or the bar and then I couldn't get hold of the front desk either. This went round in circles for 3 times. I then get someone finally at the front desk saying the restaurant will call me back. Guess what they didn't. So back around in the circles I went calling up. I finally got the restaurant. Placed my ordered then they want £6 for room services. Wow. I then get a phone call 10 mins later. Hi just want to check your order. Which was nothing like what I asked so had to repeat my order. An hour went past and still nothing. Then we went round in circles on the phone again finally somone picked up. Tey then said order is coming. Still nothing. Then I had a phone all from front desk. Oh we seen your booking out at 1700hrs but we have another person with your surname coming in also. Is this you. Lol. Christ are you serious here. Then finally another call. About my food it's coming and we're sorry. Well sorry isn't good enough. I checked out early as then couldn't sleep anymore. Absolute waste of money when I needed to sleep.
