Very unsatisfactory experience, with receptionist at Hotel Westin Atlanta Airport. We booked a room from 9-18 but at arrival we have to wait in a free room, also the chekinn process was awful - so at finally we get the room at 11. Without an apology or some voucher for breakfast. It was like they booked the daily room at the first time. Also Lobby of the hotel is very dirty and old (also dinner) although the rooms are comfortable, with bad cigarette smell.

Room was clean, stocked with tea, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and blackout curtains. I really couldn't have asked for anything more for a long layover after a very long flight. Complimentary airport shuttle was convenient. Good value and much needed for some rest in between flights.

It was nice to have a quiet and cozy hotel to rest after flying for 16 hours. The Westin took good care of me for my 12 hour layover in Atlanta. The bed was very comfortable, just what I needed after a long flight. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Westin @Atlanta Airport.
