I had no problems upon arrival. The room was clean and I loved the bathroom. My only complaint is that I booked a room with a queen bed, but they gave me one with a double bed. The app also said it had a lake or river view, but I only had a view of the parking lot. The TV didn't have Netflix. Other than that, everything was great! I would stay here again.

The room was great but the staff had some issues. I called the front desk to ask if they had room service, was told they did and to scan the QR code in the room, there wasn't one, so they told us to look online. They then transferred me to the restaurant line who was very rude and said that there were only 5 options, none available online and that they close in 10 minutes and don't do room service. The man on the phone got very angry when I asked my boyfriend what he wanted having JUST being presented with the options less than a second before and kept asking what are you ordering. We didn't end up wording because they were about to close and felt bad but the way he treated me on the phone for a miscommunication between the front desk and restaurant was uncalled for and unacceptable
