They immediately told us we’d be in the sub cellar, not mentioning that those rooms are right by the laundry room and where the staff eat in front of your room. Not to mention the leak that was going on there. There are boxes and towels strewn across the floor, all things you have to walk past to get to your room. The room is dark with fluorescent hospital lighting as a main source of light. The towels look like they’re from someone’s grandmother’s house, dingy and flaccid. The tv at one point froze and stopped working altogether. Only bright side was that the room appeared clean. But honestly we were scared to even put our clothes on the bed ifykyk. Odd experience because I had been here before a few years ago and they never put us in the sub cellar….should have said forget it as soon as he said that. Learned my lesson though. Never again.
