Rooms spotless,BUT .arrived at the hotel for 0800 check in,,but the receptionist said check ing starts at 1500,,told her a had day room booked but she said the hotel was full !!and to wait for the manager to arrive ,at approximately 0930 got a room..arrived home got a charge on my credit card for £10.22 for what?? Not a clue,,and hotel pending charge still not put back on to my card £186.32. Stayed on Sunday 22 of June

It wasn’t the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at. My husband and I booked the room for a few hours just to get some quiet time away from the kids, but unfortunately, the room didn’t provide the comfort or relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. The TV was very outdated, with very limited options to watch, and overall, the room just wasn’t very inviting. Honestly, I would have rather stayed home. The bathroom was probably the nicest part of the room and was clean and decent, which I appreciated. I also found it uncomfortable when the cleaning staff member stood directly outside our room and then asked if we were done. I completely understand that she was trying to get the room cleaned, but I felt that approaching us that way while we were still within our allotted time was inappropriate and made us feel rushed. I’m giving the hotel 3 stars, mainly because it was convenient for getting away for a few hours during the day, and the bathroom was okay. However, if you’re specifically looking for comfort, relaxation, and a pleasant room experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
