Despite asking several times from staff that the pool towels were completely out and never having them replenished i still think it was a great convenient experience. be sure to bring your hotel room towels if you come to this Hilton in Burbank Ca.

everything went well except when we got to the pool we noticed they were out of pool towel...
everything went well except when we got to the pool we noticed they were out of pool towels. we immediately notified front desk, then again when someone picked up the dirty towels and again when some gentlemen came out to take the temperature of the pool but no one ever came. 2 hours later we decided all we could do was drip dry on a lounge chair. We know next time to bring towels from the room. other than that if was a great stay. clean and modern and lots of restaurants walking distance
