Easy check in, clean room. Comfortable bed. Needed a room while my husband worked in town until our evening check in hotel across the street was available. Room served its purpose, fair price, easy booking, easy check in. Service at the restaurant downstairs was great and the coffee at the restaurant was too.

It took 15 mins for the guest services person to figure out how to check me in. Then she said she needed a credit card for incidentals but it showed I was going to be charged $134.95 (which was more than the booking itself). I finally got into the room, and thenn20 mins later, housekeeping was knocking despite the DND sign being on the door.
