Overall the hotel is a 5, except for the woman in the evening she’s wasn’t nice at all...

Overall the hotel is a 5, except for the woman in the evening she’s wasn’t nice at all. Plus I was overcharged for parking fees in which I did not appreciate. Orlando is one of the best workers at the location.
