The resort was not able to find our reservation information which ended up in us waiting t...
The resort was not able to find our reservation information which ended up in us waiting two hours without being able to reach customer service. Luckily the resort was extremely accommodating and worked everything out for us but it was a stressful experience overall. I would absolutely return to this resort but am hesitant to use this website again.
