Booked this hotel for 2 days . 1 full night and 1 day pass . Receptionist told me they’ll honor the 1 hour late checkout on them (that’s promoted on their website) then called the cops on me and said I was trespassing because they said they don’t do late checkout (even tho I showed them my receipts and showed them the promo on the website even after they confirmed my late checkout when I checked in) . I will NEVER spend my money at this hotel again! As I was checking in they were already having a dispute with a customer and called the cops on them. Hours later they called the cops on me! I stayed to tell my side of the story to the cops (even after I checked out). The cops dismissed it because it showed I was “trespassing”. Falsely accusing me of trespassing after I paid my money is VERY embarrassing!

Worst front desk experience in 35 plus years of travel. First told they didn't do day stays - check in would be 4PM. Only 1 of 2 reservations eventually found. For 10 AM check in delayed until 11 AM for check in. No towels in room, was brought at 12 PM one towel and was told this was the only towel available at that time. Hotel (?) is totally unacceptable

Having a place to rest while waiting for our flight out of MIA was great! The room was clean and nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just be sure to mention that it is a daypass stay first thing as they first told us there was no availability.
