Registration agent at hotel didn't have a clue about how to find our reservation and advance payment. After a 30-minute wait the issue was finally resolved. According to the hotel, HotelsbyDay had neglected to confirm our payment.

This was a great spot for a 10 hour gap between getting off a cruise and our flight home! Comfortable room, nice pool and even a little restaurant on site. The only thing to consider is the airplanes taking off pretty much right over the hotel.

Room was a lot larger than expected, so that was definitely a bonus. Hotel seemed a little older, but we were at the end of our trip and just needed a place to wait that was more comfortable than the airport, so we weren't too concerned about amenities, etc. Could use a wider selection for snacks, etc. if they are doing layover stays because there weren't really many food options in the area, so we were kind of stuck with what they had at their little shop. Shuttle driver (Emilio, I thnk?) was absolutely fantastic. Very kind and upbeat.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise and after. The after was because we disembarked the ship but our flight wasn’t until 6p. We were able to wash all of our dirty clothes due to the amenities. We swam in the beautiful pool. The room was big and clean. The hotel Staff from the house keeper to the front were all friendly.

The day room I was given had a terrible smell of mold. It was obvious they had used other chemicals to try and mask the smell, which actually made it worse. I believe it was coming through the AC vent, so I turned off the AC and opened a window, but it didn't help at all. I didn't bother asking to change rooms since I was only there for the day, but there is no way I would have slept there due to my allergies. As a result, I just used the room as storage space and spent the day sitting by the pool. I could have just purchased a Day Pass for a lot less money had I known the state of the room. The pool was also dirty and uninviting and there were no options onsite to get lunch. I ordered DoorDash.

The hotel accommodated us earlier than the reservation of 10am. We were on a cruise that got in at 7am, & our flight to home wasn't until 3:30pm. We did not want to hang out at the airport for sure. We were able to take advantage of the hotel's complimentary breakfast, & take a nap before or flight. Nice & friendly staff. The hotel was clean.

I booked this day use room for the time in-between disembarkation from my cruise until my flight home that afternoon. This room was perfect. Check-in was easy & no hassle. I was able to use the free shuttle service to the airport which is always a bonus. I will definitely choose this location again for a day use or book directly with them if I have a longer stay.

We booked this hotel using hotels by day. The Element was clean, the room was spacious and smelled good. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and was able to rest in the lobby. They even offered us breakfast from their buffet until our room was ready. This was the perfect place to rest and relax after our cruise and before our evening flight. We will stay there again.

Room was beautiful, very clean. Check-in process was easy and our room was ready when we arrived. We got off a cruise in the morning and our flight was not until 9pm, so the day use option was perfect. We were able to take a nap, shower, and go out to eat before our flight, and our luggage was safe in our room. Highly recommend if you have a late flight after a cruise!
