The customer service staff was not aware of our reservation and payment made. We had to wait over an hour for the free shuttle and instead used an uber both to and from the hotel. I would rather stay at the Pullman where the staff are more organized.

Used room to refresh after leaving cruise ship and before an overnight flight back to the UK. Hotel room was clean and spacious and enough local amenities / restaurants for a day’s stay without a car. Only downside was we selected 10am-4pm and room wasn’t available until 10:40am

I booked a Day Hotel, from 10-4:00 pm. You have to select the time frame you want your day hotel. The whole purpose for us was to drop ALL of our heavy luggage and relax before we had to go back to the airport. When we got there we were informed the room wasn’t ready and that he had no idea when it would be. We selected a double bed room, none available so we basically had to accept the king or sit in the lobby and wait. It was 11:15 by then so we took the king. I asked if we could be extended and hour because of the delay. It was a NOPE. ???? kinda crappy.

I always use Hilton Homewood Suites in Blue Lagoon Miami, Fl due to late flight returning from a cruise. The check in was quick and easy. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. A few restaurants are within walking distance. Very convenient. Will definitely use them again.

Airport shuttle service very poor Room basic but clean. Reception staff friendly even though we were kept waiting to check in. Airport shuttle bus booked at time of check in but had to ask a second time where it was as 15 mins later than time booked to take us to the airport there was still no sign of the driver even though the bus was sitting outside the lobby. Another passenger had been left waiting at the airport over an hour for the driver, when mentioned to the driver he didnt apologise or even aknowledge the nad service. while on route to the airport the driver stopped for a chat with someone he knew for over 15 mins while he left us sitting in the bus. Poor service, if the airport shuttle draws you to book this hotel don't bother.
