The front desk people aren’t very “people person”. They seemed bothered. Reservation was from 2-5 and upon arrival at 2:30, the room was not ready. Asked to extend until 5:30 and with an attitude the front desk man said “no”.

Great hotel for a day stay. Rooms are spacious enough for solo travelers and couples. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Expect some noise from the traffic outside, but that's common in New York. Would definitely visit again.
