The cleaning staff hadn't yet arrived by the time I was ready to check in. I was forced to wait 50 minutes and was not compensated for their negligence. Asked if the check out time could be extended to satisfy the time wasted waiting for tardy cleaning staff to arrive, but was told they could not do that. Of course they could, they simply chose not to. On the check-in desk there is a sign that boasts "The Hilton Garden Inn Promise" which is their commitment to making every guest's stay "better and brighter," guaranteed. If something isn't right, supposedly a team member will make it right. Well, not in my case. If only a company whose business model is based on hospitality, actually delivered on their advertisement slogans. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing check in service, valet car service, super clean room, great wifi, and vehicle ready promptly without any need to call at time of departure. The location is amazing, walkable everywhere, right on the subway, and lots of close restaurants.
