My 18.5 year old daughter arrived after a long flight. She was told at the reception that she could not have the room. They sent her away without checking how she would manage. Under no circumstances did they agree to give her the room. Really wrong. Really disappointing.

The booking was so simple to make--even in my sleep-deprived state. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes and happened to pull up right after I arrived at the pick-up zone. The room was clean and well-appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The rate was incredibly reasonable (one of the best uses of $100 I have ever spent...). All around 5 stars for sure.

the room had broken picture frame that fell while i was in room, called front desk 2 times and no one answered. i didn't say much because i was only there for a few hours but if that painting would of had been over the bed and fallen on me it could of caused and injury. this was room 740

The location of the hotel was ideal, the reception staff were great and managed to make my room available earlier than booked. The facilities within the hotel and general condition of the room was great. We had lunch in the restaurant which was excellent and set us up for our journey home.
