Transportation - Just a few minutes away from the nearest Muni Metro stop and only 3 minutes from a BART rail station it is easy to get to any other must see attractions in the city.

Fitness Center and Spa - There’s no need to worry about being able to fit in daily routines with a fully equipped fitness center and spa right across the street from the hotel. It is completely accessible to all guests for only a small fee.

Shuttle – it’s an outside service. You can arrange a pick-up when you get to the airport through the Information desk in the airport or your personal phone by calling Airport Express Company – Phone #415 755 5121.  It’s - $17.00 to $19.00 per person – 30 to 55 minutes ride depending on the number of stops and traffic.

I am writing to formally dispute a duplicate charge associated with my HotelsByDay reservation at The Mosser, San Francisco, and to request an immediate investigation and reimbursement. My name is Deependra Giri. I booked my room through the HotelsByDay website on September 21, 2026 for September 23rd, 2026 , under HotelsByDay reservation #580322190. I paid $92.09 online at 12:49 AM ET using my Citi debit card ending in 6024. The payment was successfully processed, and I have attached the transaction record as evidence. However, when I arrived at The Mosser for check-in, I was informed by the front desk that the room balance was still outstanding and that I needed to make another payment. In order to avoid an argument at the front desk or any disruption to my confirmed reservation, I paid an additional $99.88 using my Chase credit card. This means I have been charged twice for the same hotel reservation.
