The room we reserved wasn't ready until an hour after arrival. Also, we got stuck in ...
The room we reserved wasn't ready until an hour after arrival. Also, we got stuck in the elevator at the end. It took us to the basement instead of the first floor and wouldn't go up, so we had to climb the emergency stairs with our luggage.
