Awesome service at front desk and in bar restaurant area. Nice room. Nice pool. Great food. Checked in from 10am to 6pm since I had a late flight after getting back from cruise.

Fantastic hotel. Less than 3KM from the airport, yet you don´t hear any of the planes. Very cosy

Even though the hotel could not find our reservation in the beginning, the customer service for Hotels By Day was very effective and essential in resolving this matter and getting us checked in just in time. This was a very convenient service as we arrived way before our check in time at another place and needed sleep and rest. The room was just enough.

Staff was amazing and accommodating. They held our bags since we did the day use room for a concert and we picked up after the concert to head to the airport, smooth transition.

WORST SERVICE EVER I got a confirmation email a day before for two rooms and when I got there I was told there wasn’t rooms available, we had been off a red eye flight and were super tired, it very stressful to say the least, my elderly parents where with me and I just wanted them to get some rest. What made things worst is that I was told that they could get me on another hotel near by, on the second hotel they also didn’t had rooms available. They were able to get us two rooms two hours after. We were so tired that we ended up paying almost 400 dlls for little less than two hours of sleep and a quick shower, imagined how tired, desperate and worried for my parents that I accepted this joke of an offer. This experience was by far one of the worst I’ve had while travelling.

Easy checkin, great room, clean with all amenities. Able to have a nap and comfortable wait for our late flight home. Airport right next door, so no issue with further travel Restaurants and bar handy for snacks and if needed convenience store in airport but this side of security. What a fantastic stay post a great holiday.

Great experience, no issues checking in to Fairmont Vancouver Airport. Will definitely use again

Awful room with no view. misguided staff giving incorrect information. Paid to use the facilities and verified they were working and when I got there nothing was working and they refused to refund me. Hotel manager wouldn’t even call or apologise , just text me over WhatsApp . Packed up and left to the hotel next door (Assila, Marriott luxury collection hotel)

This is nothing like the photos on the website.... This is really a short stay sex hotel, the room was dirty with no sheets or blankets.... there was still the dirty dishes in the room from the people before us.... To make matters worse they were renovating with all the noise to go with that.... Ended up booking another hotel.... my advise give this hotel a miss

It was great to have a comfy room, a lovely pool to relax by, and a free shuttle to the airport when it was time to go.

Room was clean, restaurant had very nice food, close to airport, free shuttle, great for a day room while waiting for your evening flight.

The room was good, comfortable but no water. I had to go downstairs to get water for the coffee maker. Other than that it was ok

Great location with close walking to grocery and restaurants. Even a convenience store a few steps away. The shuttle to and from the airport looks super convenient. Rooms are clean, ready on time as promised for my day stay. They are upgrading some features of the rooms so that is also nice. Smart tvs hooked to the internet so you can use your subscription services on the go.
