The service worked fine and allowed me to choose the specific time I needed to sleep. However, the hotel seem to have a little trouble finding the reservation, and once they did would not let me actually check in until the exact time of the reservation. Then they gave me a room that was directly across the hallway from the elevator, which seems Counterintuitive if you’re giving a person a day use room to sleep in. I turned on the Aircon and it covered all the noises from the hallway. Otherwise the service was good and I got a break after my red eye flight.
