Overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. Farther from the airport than I thought. It did not state to call the hotel for shuttle service. I called but was put on hold. The voice loop stated that shuttles will come regularly. That is not the case. You have to call. Waited over one hour before we got picked up. Reception staff were understanding and provided us a complimentary breakfast.

Will always recommend hotel by day!! Super easy to book, check in and check out! I didnt even know day hotels was a thing. I will AlWAYs use it. Such a great way to spend a long lay over. Price was great. Hotel was excellent. I couldnt be happier. Will definitely suggest to everyone. I had a nap and shower before my next flight. Loved it!!

The first room they gave me was dirty and not cleaned yet. Towels on floor, bed not made. They switched me to a second room.. it looked clean from first sight..I closed the blinds and went to sleep right away. Hour and half later I woke up sneezing and sniffling .the air quality was terrible and pillow smelt funky. I opened the blinds for better light and noticed the pillow had black marks on it and dirty. The side of the blanket was also dirty. I immediately went down to the front desk. Informed them and left to another hotel as I really needed to sleep. The manager said she will get back to me

There was a lot of noise from other guests and also there was some kind of dispute. Staff and guest were fighting loud and we could not sleep. Also staff while cleaning next room was loud chatting and not careful making less noise realizing other guests might be sleeping. They need to improve on this front.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was after waiting 15-20 minutes for a shuttle at the airport, one finally came but the driver passed us at the airport pickup even though I waved him. We finally had to call the hotel and waited another 45 minutes before they came back. Frequent shuttle pick up stops would have been more convenience.
