Despite the Times Square description in the hotel name the hotel is closer to Central Park...
Despite the Times Square description in the hotel name the hotel is closer to Central Park and is not as convenient as depicted. Hotel staff was rude upon check in and switched out the room type for my other reservation later that day to a downgraded room. Room was dirty and maintenance consisted of a broken bathroom mirror and duct tape on a portion of missing carpet. Management and staff can do a lot better. Avoid with so many better choices available.

Enjoyed the room nice and clean in NYC but check in process they had no record of reservations which then had to be entered manually which took a while. Hope you guys can have a better integration/communication with hotels in the future.

We got a day room at the Courtyard by Marriott Central Park in NYC. Had a late flight afte...
We got a day room at the Courtyard by Marriott Central Park in NYC. Had a late flight after returning on a cruise so the 9am-5pm time frame worked perfectly. Was even given a room on the "Elite Level" (whatever this was; we just used the room as a based to park luggage, shower, take a nap and explore the area a bit before heading out to JFK for our flight home.) I would definitely try HotelsbyDay.com again.
