The young lady that checked me in at the front desk was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I wish I had noted her name. I did tell this person, but I think her manager should know she does her job very well, and she was a pleasure to speak with. This is my third time to this hotel, and she was the first to offer me a membership to sign up for the Choice Privileges Rewards Program. The hotel does not have a pool, but the young lady did advise me where in the area I could access a public pool or the beach, as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. It definitely served its purpose well.

Excellent hotel with huge one bedroom suite. Close to everything in the downtown and market. Service very efficient and client-service oriented. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Room was not ready until 2 hours after booking started for our family of 4. Had to request for sheets and extra pillows for the pull-out bed. Also had to request for extra towels. Staff was responsive. The loss in time meant we had less time to rest.

The room we reserved wasn't ready until an hour after arrival. Also, we got stuck in the elevator at the end. It took us to the basement instead of the first floor and wouldn't go up, so we had to climb the emergency stairs with our luggage.

Awesome location. Service at the front desk is professional and lively. Love the staff at the lobby/door as well, they are familiar with the nearby facilities and malls.

We arrived to the hotel on time, after a 12 hours night flight with an infant. Sadly, our room was ready an hour later then our booking, which was very frustrating since that was the whole point of booking a day room. No refund was offered, only a later check out, which was not relevant.

Awesome service at front desk and in bar restaurant area. Nice room. Nice pool. Great food. Checked in from 10am to 6pm since I had a late flight after getting back from cruise.

Even though the hotel could not find our reservation in the beginning, the customer service for Hotels By Day was very effective and essential in resolving this matter and getting us checked in just in time. This was a very convenient service as we arrived way before our check in time at another place and needed sleep and rest. The room was just enough.

Staff was amazing and accommodating. They held our bags since we did the day use room for a concert and we picked up after the concert to head to the airport, smooth transition.
