Conveniently located and a pretty short shuttle ride from JFK. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and most importantly the air conditioner actually kept us at the temperature it was set at (nice and cool), where other hotels keep it warmer.

I would have given a higher rating if the hotel sent its car to pick us up at Federal Circle JFK. We called and they said they have sent but we waited 40 minutes, and no show. At the end we ordered an Uber to go to the hotel.

The hotel itself and the room were nice but I didn't have a good experience, unfortunately. I only had a few hours in New York and had a itinerary for my day. I had to wait at the airport pickup location and call the hotel multiple times before they finally picked me up, with staff citing a shift change as the reason for the delay. To make matters worse, my room was not ready when I arrived. My reservation began at 7:00 AM, but I was not given access to my room until 8:00 AM. This one-hour delay disrupted my plans, so I asked the front desk to extend my checkout time by an hour. They immediately refused and insisted I check out at the standard time. I explained that I had paid for a specific number of hours but was not receiving the full service I paid for. I asked them to either extend the checkout time or adjust the cost accordingly, but they refused both requests.

The front desk took forever to find my booking. Eventually they gave me a keycard which didn’t work, thankfully, because the room was occupied. The maintenance guy had to walk around with me to find a vacant room that was made up. So I ended up paying $200 for a 2.5 hour nap

NO FUNCTIONING A/C !!! When checking in the front desk lady stated that there was issues with the room A/C, in all rooms and they're working on it. Well we checked in at 11am and had the room till 7pm. By 1pm still no room cooling so they brought us a fan and we blocked open the door to the hallway as it was cooled by A/C and used the fan to bring in cool air. Didn't help at all so we sat outside for about a 1hr and then decided to just ck out and head back to the airport. Sorry was the only thing said by the front desk when I returned my room key. 🙄🙄👎👎

Service was efficient, shuttle was quick, room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower super high pressure. Really hit the spot for an 8 hour layover during an intercontinental trip. Only two tiny niggles: could not close the dark curtains all the way so some daylight leaked in; room shows its age. Overall well worth the price. Will do this again.

The service worked fine and allowed me to choose the specific time I needed to sleep. However, the hotel seem to have a little trouble finding the reservation, and once they did would not let me actually check in until the exact time of the reservation. Then they gave me a room that was directly across the hallway from the elevator, which seems Counterintuitive if you’re giving a person a day use room to sleep in. I turned on the Aircon and it covered all the noises from the hallway. Otherwise the service was good and I got a break after my red eye flight.
