All day room bookings with HotelsByDay are for check-in and check-out on the same day.
Check-out times for day rooms are fixed. Late departures are subject to extra fees, at the discretion of the property.
You can check-in anytime during the allocated time-band, all the way up to the last hour of your stay or the property reserves the right to refuse you.
Day room assignments are made at check-in. Ask Front Desk for your desired day use room
You must be of legal adult age to book, or have a notarized parental consent. It is the property’s choice to honor the day use booking if you do not meet requirements.
Name on the day booking, along with matching governmental issued photo ID & credit card required at check-in.
Frequent Travel Club points, Hilton Honors, or Brand Loyalty points do not apply to any HotelsByDay bookings. But signing up to our #Masterkey Loyalty Club allows you to accumulate coins towards free stays. To sign up, click on the 'Sign-in' button at the top of the homepage.
A temporary financial hold for incidentals is charged on your credit card at hotel check-in. The hold gets removed 5-7 days post check-out.
Some properties reserve the right to charge an 'Amenities fee’ also called 'Facility fee' or 'Resort fee' — includes use of Wi-Fi & other amenities. Please verify upon check-in.
Gift cards and cash cards are not accepted forms of payments at most properties. Please check-in with a credit card & matching ID.
Booking 'Pay Now' & All Credit Card Enabled Rates:
Credit card enabled bookings can be cancelled 25 hours prior to check-in and are fully refundable to you credit card or if you prefer, in loyalty coins.
Randomly and due to limited inventory, other credit card enabled rates are non-refundable & non-transferable. These rates will be clearly listed multiple times prior to your booking. Please check payment and cancelation conditions carefully.
Cancelation within 25 hours prior to check-in are final and cannot be refunded.
Cancelation must be made via email confirmation, online or within the app. No cancellations over the phone are deemed valid.
Should your card decline or be invalid, the property reserves the right to assign the room to someone else.
Booking 'Pay Later' & Pay At Property Rates:
All payments are made at the property. Some properties accept cash payments, please inquire at check-in. Gift cards are never accepted.
Cancellations for "Pay Later" bookings are free of charge, and can be cancelled anytime by clicking on the following link: Cancel My Reservation
Cancellations can only be processed via the link above—not by phone, chat, nor email.
If you do not show up multiple times, a hotel may prevent you from booking in the future. Please be courteous and use the cancellation link if you foresee that you will not make it.
