Could not ask for a better experience and value than what we received at the Westin ATL. The bed may be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. 8 hour layover in the airport or 4 hrs of sleep and peace and quiet? Would do it again 1000 times.

It was nice to have a quiet and cozy hotel to rest after flying for 16 hours. The Westin took good care of me for my 12 hour layover in Atlanta. The bed was very comfortable, just what I needed after a long flight. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Westin @Atlanta Airport. Keep up the good work!!!

I chose to fly in to ATL extra early to avoid any potential changes or delays that might affect a connection to a separately booked international flight. Shuttle in and out was easy and room was ready. On-premises food a bit pricey so be aware.

Very unsatisfactory experience, with receptionist at Hotel Westin Atlanta Airport. We booked a room from 9-18 but at arrival we have to wait in a free room, also the chekinn process was awful - so at finally we get the room at 11. Without an apology or some voucher for breakfast. It was like they booked the daily room at the first time. Also Lobby of the hotel is very dirty and old (also dinner) although the rooms are comfortable, with bad cigarette smell.
