This was our first time trying a hotel "day use" for a 17-hour layover, so we weren’t sure what to expect—but it turned out to be a great decision! The hotel offers a free shuttle that picked us up directly from the airport and brought us straight to the hotel. We arrived around 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, our room was already ready. After a 13-hour flight, my teenage son was starving, and the front desk staff kindly offered him breakfast from their bar—which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also had unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to get some much-needed rest. We slept soundly until just a couple of hours before it was time to return to the airport. The hotel staff helped us arrange the shuttle back as well, which made everything super easy. We literally just stayed to sleep during our layover, but the experience was absolutely worth it. The service was excellent, and the whole stay was very convenient and stress-free. Next time, I hope we can stay longer and actually enjoy a full vacation in San Francisco!

Very clean and large room, check in was fast.

This was our first time using hotelsbyday for a quick daycation/day date. The check in process was very easy. The hotel receptionist was pleasant and advised on everything we needed to know- where the amenities were located, where our room was, where to park to be closest to our room, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was great. There was only a few other people at the pool area so it was very quiet and peaceful. It was in close proximity to several stores and only 10 minutes away from beautiful first and second beach in Newport. Well worth our time and money and will definitely be back again!

Day Hotels are not that common, web site showed options around hours required and what facilities are included.

The only reason that I gave this hotel two stars is because of the staff and the location - they are the saving grace for this hotel. This hotel is outdated, not cleaned thoroughly, holes in walls, it really was not a good stay. I only used two hours of my 6 hour time. I couldn't take it.

Great clean modern rooms Great clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. Clean pool area. Despite asking several times from staff that the pool towels were completely out and never having them replenished i still think it was a great convenient experience. be sure to bring your hotel room towels if you come to this Hilton in Burbank Ca.

The staff was great. The room was immaculate and set the mood perfectly! Look forward to booking at that hotel again

Check in was easy and room was clean, could use an air freshener, but that was an easy fix. Will be staying/using the site again a lot.

Great option for long wait between cruise debarkation and flight home. Room was chilly but comfy beds! Wish we could've stayed longer but the limit was 5pm

Everything went well, except the hotel did not offer a stay we booked (9am to 8pm). Their system recorded our stay as 9am to 6pm and we got locked out of the room when we returned from dinner at 6:30 pm. The hotel allowed us to stay until 8pm, but the booking application should be strictly aligned to hotel offerings.

Gute Notlösung Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Reservierung gibt und das Hotel nichts mit der Buchungsnummer anfangen kann. Der Kundendienst von hotelsbyday reagierte aber zum Glück schnell. Bei uns war das eine krankheitsbedingte Lösung, die schon ziemlich teuer ist. Ich denke, es ist zumal günstiger einfach ein Hotel für zwei Nächte zu buchen, als 200 Euro für 6 Stunden Aufenthalt zu bezahlen. Aber trotzdem gute Möglichkeit, spontan einen Dach über dem Kopf zu bekommen .
