The only reason that I gave this hotel two stars is because of the staff and the location - they are the saving grace for this hotel. This hotel is outdated, not cleaned thoroughly, holes in walls, it really was not a good stay. I only used two hours of my 6 hour time. I couldn't take it.

The facilities are dated. The goal was to workout before checking into our Airbnb. The gym required no key card to access, which meant anyone off the street could walk on too. Have the equipment was broke and there was no water inside. The room was efficient, but we didn’t receive any washcloths. Check-in was smooth though.

sEverything was fine at the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago. The check-in was fairly easy after I clarified it was a day use booking. The room was clean and welcoming. The decor was blah and the entry door was difficult to open due to it was sticking badly.
