Booked same day and paid online . I just needed a couple hrs for a shower and refresh before my next flight. When I got there they wanted to charge me again and said it wasn’t paid. I ended up leaving because it was so frustrating. Besides the fact that the place is horrible.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très attentionné. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Le checkin et checkout fut rapide et souple. Nous avons pû ainsi nous reposer avant de reprendre notre vol. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Very nice hotel and very convenient to return to the airport for our on-going flight. We slept for 5-6 hours, which was perfect for time zone adjustment.

This was exactly what we needed to freshen up after a long haul flight and before commencing our road trip. The hotel check in was simple and the room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is a little older building with few maintenance issues with room AC and elevators. Hotel front desk was kind to let me switch the room as 1st one had AC not cooling beyond 82 degrees. 2nd room was more spacious with a king bed and a desk and a working AC. Just the bath tub had markings and need some attention. Elevators were out of order in the afternoon.

Room was beautiful, very clean. Check-in process was easy and our room was ready when we arrived. We got off a cruise in the morning and our flight was not until 9pm, so the day use option was perfect. We were able to take a nap, shower, and go out to eat before our flight, and our luggage was safe in our room. Highly recommend if you have a late flight after a cruise!

Bad check-in experience. Desk clerk couldn't find our reservation after 10 minutes of looking. 2nd person, who was chatting on the phone the whole time, finally said he received a phone call the day before, and found our booking. If he weren't there we may not have got a room.

The AC was not working properly. At first, it did not mattered but as the day got hoter, it was not effective. The therostat is one of the old manual type. Horrible experience.

NO FUNCTIONING A/C !!! When checking in the front desk lady stated that there was issues with the room A/C, in all rooms and they're working on it. Well we checked in at 11am and had the room till 7pm. By 1pm still no room cooling so they brought us a fan and we blocked open the door to the hallway as it was cooled by A/C and used the fan to bring in cool air. Didn't help at all so we sat outside for about a 1hr and then decided to just ck out and head back to the airport. Sorry was the only thing said by the front desk when I returned my room key. 🙄🙄👎👎
