This was the first time I had use of such a service. Generally, we try and gain access to a premium airport lounge. This was much better and more comfortable than the club. Hope we have the opportunity again.

The booking was so simple to make--even in my sleep-deprived state. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes and happened to pull up right after I arrived at the pick-up zone. The room was clean and well-appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The rate was incredibly reasonable (one of the best uses of $100 I have ever spent...). All around 5 stars for sure.

I recently booked a Hotels By Day room rental at the Hilton in Albany, and overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. The bed was cozy, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. However, there were a few minor frustrations that led to a one-star deduction. The key cards had some issues and needed to be reset, which was an inconvenience. Additionally, it wasn’t clearly communicated that the key cards were required for garage entry and exit, and we only learned this after checking with reception. While the second desk agent who assisted us was fantastic in sorting out our check-in, the initial staff member took a different approach, opting to express frustration about third-party booking sites rather than providing helpful service. While I understand the challenges of working with external platforms, a smooth check-in process is what guests expect. If third-party bookings cause so much trouble, perhaps Hilton should offer day-use rooms directly to streamline the process. Despite these issues, the stay itself was enjoyable, and the second front desk agent really made a difference in ensuring a good experience.

Poor, room was not read for my 9am check in, had to wait until 1010am with little communication from reception, in the end I found out it was due to the hotel being busy the night before and housekeeping was told i had 10am check inl...., Internet was non existent and room was extremely small.

The room was available & clean, however I stayed for the pool & to be outside & the entire pool area was closed yet I was still charged a full night's price when I was there 2.5 hours. Not worth it.

Everything was perfect here - the check-in experience, a beautiful and comfortable room, our restaurant meal, and the shuttle to the airport. If we are traveling to Baltimore again, we would stay here as a home base, but it was wonderful for our layover this time.

My stay wasn't great. Even I got confirmation from Hotel by Day, the front desk at the hotel couldnt find my booking and said they were full. I reached out to Hotel by Day. The customer support on WhatsApp was very responsive and helped me contact the hotel right away. Eventually they were able to find me a room after some hassles. Wish it were more smooth.

Amazing service at the front desk. When the room type I had booked was unavailable, they immediately upgraded me to a suite. Wonderful location, beautiful park across the street! Restaurant on premises. Perfect for a short refresh!!!

Firstly didn’t realise there was a day room option, so I was really happy to find out about Hotels by day through a colleague of mine. The property reception staff were great and the room was very comfortable. Really needed the rest as I was off from a cruise with a late flight departure. Good pricing and will definitely use hotels by day again!

I had a positive experience staying in this hotel. I didn't use any amenities, but the staff was friendly and professional and the location was convenient for me (pretty close to the SEA airport). No outside noises, convenient parking - everything what I needed at the time. Will come here again

We did a day Cabana rental at New Point Hotel. It took over 45 mins to get checked in. We had to go back and forth between 2 different areas twice to get registered and then the key. The cabana we were given was upstairs so that was a struggle going up the stairs with all our luggage. We took towels from the cabana down to the beach since it was right in front of the pool area. The beach area was nice, the cabana was clean but run down. We weren’t given a code to get back into the pool area but just waited until others came out.

Hotel never replies. Problem with 1 lift broken and reviews claim the other is often broken. Asked for a low floor as we had 3 large suitcases - they gave us 10th floor. Lift took a very long time to arrive. When we got to our room we discovered they also charge a $20 Resort Fee (we specifically chose them because there wasn't one in their advert). We had lunch in their Restaurant - to find they added a 2% service fee and auto 20% gratuity - and when we paid our server was VERY slow to bring our $13 change So, I now have to challenge that $20 resort fee via our bank. PLEASE stay somewhere else, these people don't deserve the business

Misleading booking. I reserved a room online through hotels by day, when I arrived I stated that I had reserved a room and the staff received payment in exchange. Once they were paid they claimed that the reservation was for a pool pass and not a room. They refused to refund my money. They should have been honest with me but chose to lie instead.

Pay extra attention when booking a day use room at this hotel. When I arrived, they gave me a pool pass. I told them that I wanted the day use of a room so I could rest for my layover. They took my money even though I explained why I was there for and then told me oh no, you get a pool pass, which I didn’t need. The reception process was cumbersome. The people were completely incompetent and would not return my money . I would stay away from this place I’m fighting now to get my money back.
