We are sorry but there are no available rooms for November 25, 2020.
Located on Belle Isle and within steps of South Beach, The Standard Spa, Miami Beach provides its guests with a beautiful place to stay nestled amid tropical gardens and Biscayne Bay. The day rooms in this private paradise come with Wi-Fi and minibars, as well as access to multiple pools including an arctic plunge pool. On-site dining is excellent and there are great dining options if you’re out and about. The pet-friendly hourly rooms have multiple tempting destinations within reach, including botanical gardens, museums, and Miami City Ballet. Or you can just lie back and relax in the sun.
Delectable Dining – The hotel itself has fantastic dining on-site (plus minibars) and those out and about can also find many great restaurants. The premier dining establishments to visit include Latin American restaurant Amara at Paraiso, at which diners can feast their eyes on views of Biscayne Bay whilst award-winning chef Michael Schwartz prepares dishes such as banana leaf-wrapped cobia with coconut pesto. Obra Kitchen Table has fare crafted by renowned Venezuelan chef Carlos Garciá using seasonal ingredients, but if you’re after a cocktail bar then head over to Le Chick where inventive cocktails such as the Old English Game are perfectly accompanied by upscale pub grub.
Sun, Sea, & Sand – If all you want is to soak in the sun and let the rays get to work on your tan, picking a hotel with private terraces and a main pool to refresh yourself (and an arctic plunge pool if you want to really cool down) was a wise choice. And as the name suggests, there are plenty of beaches, including Miami Beach itself, where you can engage in beach sports or swim in the sea if you prefer that to pools.
Cultural Distractions – Located north of the historic Art Deco district, The Bass museum plays host to a diverse range of artwork and artifacts. Located in lush surroundings that include a sculpture garden, The Bass’ extensive collection covers everything from the ancient world to contemporary times, from Renaissance paintings to modern works from North America. Day visitors can combine culture with the thrill of live performances at the nearby Miami City Ballet, a troupe with an extensive repertoire that has been going strong since 1985.
