We only ended up at this hotel because we arrived at the place we had initially booked a n...

We only ended up at this hotel because we arrived at the place we had initially booked a non-refundable room, only to be told that they had no rooms available. We called Hotels By Day, who apologized, and booked us into this hotel. BUT, the price for this room was higher and they refused to honor the payment we’d already made. We won’t be using this service ever again.
