Hotel Amenities

Hotel Description

White Swan Inn is a little corner of England in the heart of San Francisco’s Nob Hill, a boutique hotel in the perfect spot for the city’s finest attractions. Day guests staying in the daytime rooms have free Wi-Fi and beyond the hotel door there are fantastic art museums and botanical gardens, not to mention the uniquely breath-taking Golden Gate Bridge.

Neighborhood

  • Global Menu – Roxanne’s Café leads a double life, serving up café breakfast during the day and red-sauce Italian dishes by night. Sinophiles can enjoy top class Chinese cuisine with a touch of California at Mister Jiu’s, whilst vegetarians can find Chinese meals to suit their diet at Enjoy Vegetarian. There’s a vibrant atmosphere and range of culinary styles at Liholiho Yacht Club, where the menu is bursting with Hawaiian, Indian, and Chinese delights.

  • Golden Gate Bridge – Arguably the most iconic bridge in the world, the Golden Gate has starred in countless classics of the silver screen. It’s one of the city’s top sights, and Crissy Field, a prime spot for souvenir photos, is within easy reach of the day rooms.

  • Museum of Modern Art – A short walk from the hotel door is the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where the seven floors are brimming with creative endeavors from paintings to photography. There are tens of thousands of artworks to peruse, and it’s right by Union Square, where you can find theatrical and dining distractions aplenty.

  • Botanical Garden – If you prefer natural beauty then the San Francisco Botanical Garden is to the west. Flora from every corner of the world are on display in carefully tended settings, from the Andean Cloud Forest to the Japanese tea Garden (couples may especially want to visit the romantic Shakespeare Garden).

Please note:  Breakfast and comped wine bottle is not included for daytime room uses and can be purchased on site, if available.  However,  coffee, tea, soda and bottled water is available to day-room guests.
