Hotel staff were pretty polite, helpful and quick with service, shuttle driver was awesome, water pressure was great! And bed was comfy

Huge disappointment!!! I give no star at all. Looks like a big scam. We thought we had booked a room for the day but it was only a pass to a lounge room and amenities at the hotel. We were very tired and wanted to rest after a 13 hour long flight but the hotel said we can’t have a room, they only allowed us to sit in the lounge. There was no contact or customer service to cal the hot bday. We were left with no option and no where to find assistance. Avoid, it is not worth your money and time.

I'll stay here before and almost the same room twice it's pretty clean and environment very close to the everything plenty of places to eat transportation is literally across the street not bad not great value everything you need in a day stay you stay

Easiest process, booked while on the plane, landed 2 hours later and headed to the hotel, easiest location, just take the sky bridge over to the hotel. Took less than 10 minutes, staff at hotel was amazing. Worth every penny if you need a nap or have last minute change of plans and need to regroup. I booked a 9 am - 2pm slot and it was perfection.

We were so tired from our PHil trip to LA ( 15hrs ) and a layover of 13hrs so we just decided to book a hotel the last minute and lucky we saw hotelsbyday and we were able to secure a booking a day prior to our flight. Hotel was great and staffs are accommodating, we got the rest we needed. Just the negative sides , I was charged differently on my card , I was asked for a 100 dollar deposit but when check out the cashier said I was charged only ( 132 ) when on my card showing 262 … I have the receipt and still waiting for the bank verification about it. Hoping this will clear soon. But overall, we got what we needed, a much needed rest before hitting the plane again.

Location and staff were awesome. Great place to stay for a few hours while we waited to check into our Airbnb. Easy walk to the beach. Would have given 5 stars, but rooms were very dated.

Having a place to nap and recharge after a red-eye definitely saved my life before a long drive with family! I was worried that my reservation would be weird for the hotel staff to access through their system but it was a breeze to check in.

Room average. The staff is fantastic. Great, helpful, and friendly people work. They also still have a shuttle to the airport! One of the few in Las Vegas.
