The room and bed were very comfortable. We were able to sleep and shower during our 10 hour layover. My only complaint is the airport transfer system. It ended up taking about an hour to get picked up and to the hotel. This was particularly frustrating as this was cutting into hours of the day room we paid for and taking away time for us to rest and sleep and the room we paid for during layover. I tried to pre book the airport transfer but was told I didn’t need to and that the shuttle comes every 30 min. Then upon arrival, after waiting 20 minutes we called to confirm the shuttle would come and they told us we needed to book the shuttle in advance… This was frustrating because I had email to book the shuttle and was assured I didn’t need to… Frustrating experience but at least we got an expensive short sleep.

Everything good. The hotel very receptivy

The woman at the front desk when I checked in at noon, October 5, was incredibly warm and helpful. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, it set my day in nyc off to a great start and made me feel like I definitely want to come back.

Room was ready on time and the facilities were very good

Room was immediately available upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
