No Pool as advertised; staff burst in room I overslept 6 minutes after reservation, refused to give privacy while I got dressed, kept the door wide opened and treated me as if I was a random invader instead of a paying guest! Rude rude rude- but I just avoided confrontation. I’m almost 100% sure it was due to being the only black guests. Approach and service to others was clearly better! Even as far as offer Hilton Honor point during check in, I was never offered anything and I saw/heard every other patron loudly greeted and asked if they were member and that points were being given out. Never coming back here! Pool had been closed for years!

Fabulous Stay, Exactly What I Needed for a Day Trip to Chicago. I arrived in Chicago in the morning for an early afternoon meeting, and having a comfortable base for the day was incredibly helpful. I was able to securely store my luggage and laptop, get some work done, freshen up, and iron a shirt before my meeting. The property was top-notch and centrally located for everything I needed..

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service and Pure Comfort!
I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcomed with a smooth, efficient, and friendly check-in process.
The room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—giving me one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time—and I loved the choice of firm or soft pillows. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made staying connected effortless.
Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Holiday Inn truly nailed the hospitality experience. We booked an hour before we arrived. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service!

First place wasn't prepared, we paid 95$ for only 4 hours while it meant to be 6hours cause the room wasn't ready by the time we arrived

We went back to Dublin from Belfast in the morning, and our flight back home wasn't until late that night. In circumstances like these, it's great to have a place to rest and freshen up at some point during the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and the price was as agreed. Good experience!

Booked a hotel at Margaritaville in New York and it was very enjoyable. The check-in process was easy and everyone was super polite. The room was great and I had a wonderful day at the pool. The pool attendance were exceptionally attentive, and the food at the bar and drinks were reasonably priced.

I booked an executive room, but when I reached there they gave me a regular room because no more executive room available. They thought that I would not understand what the staff was saying because I was foreigner but I could understand some words. So when I needed to make the payment I wanted to check if the staff will update my booking price. The staff was not fair and correct, because the staff did not change the price and I did the payment for my regular room with the price of an executive one... I will not recommand this hotel and this staff, they are dishonest.

We understand that you booked an Executive Room but were provided with a Regular Room due to the unavailability of the room type you reserved. We also understand your concern and i will look into it what happened We recognize how disappointing this would be, and we are especially sorry that the situation made you feel that you were treated unfairly because you are a foreign guest.
This is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. Our management will review the booking, room assignment, and payment transaction to determine what happened and ensure that the appropriate action is taken. We will also reinforce with our team the importance of clearly communicating room availability and ensuring that charges accurately correspond to the room provided.
