Long layover at LAX, chose this hotel as it came highly rated. I previously stayed at another hotel on another long layover and it was ok but felt sketchy. However at this location I can confirm I felt very safe, the shuttle bus was efficient, easy to get an Uber in and out to enjoy your day too. If I have a long stop over again, I will definitely be returning, it's a perfect solution for a long annoying stopover. They also have a nice little bar for evening which I thought was a nice touch. I rate it!

They charge for booking in early. Old facility but renovated. Decent hotel, hotel staff could have been nicer, there are better options for the price

Everything was perfect. No hassle check in. $35 parking not $49. Pool is out of service but we came for beach so the umbrellas were free. Great food service and food was fresh. We will do it again.

Staff was very helpful in accommodating my need for early check-in even though I arrived just minutes after making the booking. Spotless room, efficient room service. Appreciate the environmental-friednly "water fountain facility" on each floor.

This is beautiful and comfort hotel with professional staff. I have used day stay vacation here many times BUT this time I was meet in the parking lot with confusing QR coded signs saying there is a charge for parking!!! It makes the hotel feel very unfriendly and saddens me they treat their customers this way. It takes 15 minutes out in the weather to enter all your information and pay the extra $25 stupid parking charge. It makes me so MAD it makes me question Hilton and why should I stay at their banded hotels any more. Such bad customer service!!!! ????????????

The Hilton is nice and the staff is great. It was going through renovation while I was there but that’s always a good thing. It was more than sufficient for my day needs.

I experienced a great room, friendly staff, nice amenities and parking was included. Loved it! Second time here, and much better than the first time around. I will definitely will be back again!
