The room was not ready at our alotted time 10–3. Finally was ready at 10:30. Did take $15 off our bill. Room was the worst hotel room I have ever had in my years of travel. It smelled so bad that we used a chair to prop the door open and never closed the door the entire time we were there. The room furniture was very dated. This hotel does not represent the typical stay at a Hampton Inn

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, as are the elevators. The room wasn't very clean either, there was an open can of cheese in the refrigerator.

We stayed here after departing our cruise and while awaiting our flight home that evening. The cost of the room was affordable and for approximately 4 hours and we had a place to put our things, change/shower, charge phones as well as eat at the tiki bar! Room is not fancy but was functional and had AC. The kids enjoyed a nice big pool and access to beach. Perfect location!

It was great. The hotel was perfect. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist treated me very well. I rested and also enjoyed the fitness center. It was safe, peaceful, and comfortable. I will definitely use the day use pass option again.

I love the daycation idea and was so happy to find Hotels by day. So no complaints about the platform. My review goes towards the hotel as they checked us into an executive apartment in a building not within the compound. The room looked nothing like the one offered (and had no exit to the outside). However it didn't matter too much as it was indeed only a daycation (cut short also - they requested checkout at 5pm and not 6).

Reservation was easy, and I liked that I had confirmation number from hotelsbyday and also by the hotel. The hotel room was clean and experienced good customer service.

Stay was amazing ; just after about 2 hrs certain channels on the tv stopped working but everything else was great

Although not a fancy hotel, it was newly remodeled and clean. Staff were really nice and allowed a little earlier check in. They also held my luggage a couple hours as I didn’t need to be to the airport until 7 pm. Hotel was quiet and I was able to get good rest and refresh between a red eye flight and an international flight.

Great location and nice shops in the hotel (coffee, rental car, gifts and ABC). Room was clean and well stocked. Perfect place to hang out before late evening flight.

This hotel is very nice. What is not good is that handicapped parking is very limited, given the fact that my mom had a long walk. Parking spaces close to the entrance was mainly taken by the valet. Service at the front desk was excellent. It’s has very good amenities and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Fantastic Hotel and service. Good pool area and free airport shuttle service. The rooms were big and very clean. In fact the whole hotel looked to be recently refurbished and smelled clean. Throughout our stay we always seen staff cleaning different areas. Would have loved to see a launderette service on top but cannot complain.

I paid for a room from 10am to 6pm. Came there close to 10 to check in. Was told they didn’t offer 10am to 6 pm just 11am to 6pm. I wasn’t checked in till close to 11 because they constant miscommunication between hotels by day and the hotel. I paid 8 only got 7. 2 stars cause it was clean even though given the wrong room! Key was for a dirty room, Had to pay for parking $25 though not listed. Will never go back

I called for housekeeping 2x First time took 30 mins or so to come. Asked for bathtub plug Bathtub dirty Bath towels dirty 1 even had a rip in it Room was dirty I’m a regular was very disappointed this time.

no wifi to be connected to, u need to log in thru fb???? tv was connected to wifi but it was loading all the time. there was pieces of something to bed when we arrived and the remote for tv only worked for specific buttons

The hotel didn't have the reservation in their system. So they had to find a room and it took about 30 minutes. An inconvenience for sure

Place was perfect- the house keeping ladies work their butts off- they were not stop the whole time- we were there from 10am-6pm. the shuttle service to and from airport was amazing- they send you a link that you can click on so the driver knows exactly where u r and can find you in case your not in right spot. Pool was fine. room was clean. so much better than sitting in an airport from 9 am till 8:45pm. highly recommend, it was less than 10 mins from ft Lauderdale. we were 2 adults 3 kids and they only charged $10 for extra body ( rooms based on 4) there was an attached bar/restaurant, little on the pricey side- but where isn't there a pricey place any more...

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for a daytime rest following a long flight. The shuttle was easy to book on the day however the previous enquiries I had sent by email a few days before arriving were responded to with very short one line replies resulting in a lot of back and forth emails with me having to ask further questions. Had the hotel responded once with a comprehensive reply this could have been avoided. The hotel uses a third party app/website to book the shuttle and I hadn’t seen or used anything like that before. Some detailed instructions on the website would be helpful. Check-in was very fast and just what I needed following a long journey. The room was slightly dated but nevertheless clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for a daytime rest. It’s worth nothing that my room (and seemingly most others) face inwards to a central indoor atrium which can be quite noisy during the day time. I had earplugs and would have struggled to sleep without them. All the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful.

Хороший современный отель в удобной локации, а именно, рядом большие торговые центры, 5 минут пешком. До жд. вокзала и автовокзала 5-7 минут на такси.Особенно удобно тем, что есть дневное поселение,
при длительных стыковках, незаменимая вещь:)
Так, что рекомендую, номера комфортные, постели удобные, ну итд.

The hotel was booked for coming off a cruise as we had a late flight home. It was a perfect location being walking distance from the cruise port and right on the French Quarter and along the riverfront. Hotel room was beautiful and fully equipped. Would highly recommend

Everything was exceptional. The only problem was they should be changing their carpets that had some stains, To a laminate floor and maybe do some updating but other than that, it was perfect. It was very clean.

The manager Eduardo was extremely rude. Made us wait 20 min for check-in, and as soon as time was over made sure to kick us out leaving us in distress. We were not even allowed to stay in the lobby for more than 5 min after the booking was over. A**hole!

The hotel and pool area are nice, however at 12pm they move all hotel guests from the day beds or loungers for paid pool party goers. They move you all the way back from the pool, if there is availability. lol Very disappointing.

The entire room smelt of smoke (I am allergic to Tabaco), there was not adequate lighting to see, particles of food were on the carpet, there was no hand towel and I was unable to sleep due to the elevator making a pinging noise every second.

My room 418 had a broken bed. If you lay on it the whole area by where you put your pillows, near the headboard is way lower than by where you put your feet. It felt like you were laying on your head if you laid down the correct way.
