The room was very clean and I lived the amenities such as Netflix& Tubi also Prime. The bed was extremely comfortable (I napped so hard) and the full kitchenette was very nice. The room was clean and staff greeted us with such courtesy.

Ideal hotel, friendly and efficient with gratis shuttle to airport. Could have had better food offerings during main part of day needing to search the area for sandwiches etc.

This hotel was nice in the lobby and the restaurant and the pool. The rooms were a little outdated and had an odd smell. The registration staff and wait staff were incredibly friendly.

I loved it! However, I wish there had been more lunch options. Also, you usually leave lovely little notes in the hotel room, but I didn’t find any this time. I really missed that thoughtful touch. Thank you for everything, with love and appreciation!

Hotel was clean, quiet and a nice place to rest between soccer tournament games. It was nice to have a place to shower and wash uniforms between our games. Staff we all very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Incredibly efficient check in and I got a room with a fantastic view. Great spot to recover from my red eye flight before a full afternoon.

Found myself stuck in Philly for 9 hours between flights and needed somewhere safe to rest for a bit. I actually made a mistake booking the room the first time and made it for the wrong date. The people at the property and hotels by day customer service were very nice. The agent took care of cancelling for me so I could re-book the correct day. Check in was easy and the room was more than I expected. It has everything you could need: clean bed, working tv, decent bathroom with shower and even a small “kitchen” area with microwave and mini fridge. For an added touch there’s an iron and board also! Bed was spacious and comfy. There were a few times I could hear other guests outside the door but I’m a very light sleeper and the noises didn’t last more than a few seconds so it really wasn’t anything I couldn’t deal with. Overall I’m very happy with this service and the location and will use again if needed.

This hotel ended up double billing me. I explained to check in clerk that I already prepaid through this website and he ended up charging me credit the full price again (under the guise of deposit). It’s currently being disputed through my credit card. Hotel was nice. Though loud which was unexpected for a high end hotel - can hear street noise and hallway noise so napping during the day was challenging.
