- Once your wallet has enough Coins, you’ll see a “Book with Coins” alert on the hotel listing page

Terms & Conditions:
- You must register/log-in to your loyalty community MasterKey to earn Coins.
- Bookings on HotelsByDay.com are mandatory to participate and accumulate Coins.
- You must be of adult age to book.
- You can redeem your Coins for free day stays when the amount of Coins accumulated in your wallet triggers a “Book With Coins” alert on the hotel listing page.
- Bookings made prior to signing up to the MasterKey loyalty community are not eligible for Coins.
- Discounted bookings made with promocodes are not eligible to accumulate Coins.
- Cancellations within 24hrs prior to check-in or no-shows on redeemed stays will forfeit the rewarded Coins.
- Coins cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Loyalty Coins cannot be redeemed for same-day reservations (minimum 24hrs ahead).
- Coins from one loyalty account cannot merge into another account.
- Not possible to purchase services with a hybrid of Coins and currency — it’s either all Coins or all currency.
- You accept receiving casually scheduled notifications from HotelsByDay.
- Redeemable on HotelsByDay.com only.
- Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Purchased Coins at a bulk for a discount are non-refundable, except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.
