The room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs but our stay was let down by the lift...
The room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs but our stay was let down by the lift situation. Only one of two lifts working, which was small. Took ages to get a lift, we must have waited fifteen minutes to get our luggage down when we checked out, and during the day there was such a long queue we eventually took the stairs - we were on the tenth floor which was manageable but the hotel has thirty-six floors!

Very kind staff, the booking process was easy, and we got a very nice room. It was exactly what we needed after a long flight that landed at 4 a.m. The hotel itself is a bit old and worn, but nothing that was dirty or broken.
