A welcome refuge when my flight was very delayed due to the strikes. Pool could have been a bit nicer but room was fantastic.

It was the easiest process ever. I booked online and showed up to the hotel a little earlier than my scheduled arrival time, they allowed me to check in at no additional charge. I was able to enjoy the complementary breakfast upon arrival.

Comfortable room but hotel a little tacky

Only two elevators make getting to and from room a hassle. Directly in front of hotel are many homeless people and drug users. Not inviting and no save impression. But hotel staff is very friendly and rooms are clean.

Front desk called and interrupted my relaxation because they couldn’t locate what time I was checking out after I had already been in room for over 5 hours. Then house cleaning came to room knocking on door an hour before check out time to ask me what time I was checking out.

Pool area is under complete renovation and out of service at the time of my stay. The rest area of the resort is completely dug up with pipes run underground. Not a pleasant view at the time. No advanced notice of this scenario. On the other hand, Staff was very professional and attentive to our needs. Pool access was granted at next door hotel. Room was very cozy, clean, and elegant. Most of our activities and drinks were from next door.

We had a 10am check out at our AirBnB but wanted to sightsee until our 7pm flight. The day use room at the Leonardo was perfect. We had to store a lot of bags and our pregnant daughter-in-law needed a place to rest during the day. The room was clean and quiet. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so courteous and professional!

The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was 45 minutes late, and the staff member handling it was quite impolite. We had booked the room specifically to rest during a short layover, so this was particularly inconvenient. We also found long black hairs on the bed. While we were trying to sleep, housekeeping repeatedly knocked very loudly on our door and shouted “check-out, check-out,” even though we had only checked in about an hour earlier and still had several hours before our scheduled check-out. We explained this to them, but about an hour later, they came back and did the exact same thing again. We mentioned the issue at check-out, but nothing was done beyond an apology. Nice room, but the service, cleanliness, and communication need improvement.

The hotel was well located and very relaxing. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and polite.

Perfect and seamless access to our reserved room. It was truly a luxurious comfort that would otherwise have been spent in airport chairs.

This has been the 5th time I’ve booked at the Millennium for a daycation-leisure-work. Great service, wonderful location and spacious clean rooms.
