Me and photographer came to this hotel to book a room for a photoshoot. Receptionist helped us to book it the same day and got a good room upstairs and our photoshoot went perfect. The shadows and light worked on us. I also find the room perfect for romantic! Thank you!

We have used this hotel on a number of occasions and unfortunately this was the worst one. The room had 2 beds, 1 single and 1 small double. Also there was no fridge and no water available, until we ordered room service. Especially on hot days this should have been in the room already. Also we ordered room service and the crispy squid was overdone and not nice at all. Very different to the last time. We was quite disappointed this time around.

Facility was excellent, and allowed safe, quiet, comfortable respite during several hour wait for a Red-Eye flight.

Bonjour, La journée s’est bien passée. Nous déplorons que le personnel n’est pas été formé à la préparation et à l’accueil des clients en « day pass ». En arrivant, ils ont voulu me confier la chambre à 15h. Finalement on ne l’a eu qu’à 10h45/ 11h au lieu de 10h. Puis vers 14h nous constatons que le minibar est vide or, les boissons soft étaient comprises dans le tarif. Nous avons appelé l’accueil. Ils nous ont confirmé que cela allait être rectifié. Mais à 17h, heure de départ. Toujours rien. En partant nous le signalons. Pas de geste commerciale. « C’est la politique de l’établissement ». Enfin, ils ont voulu nous faire payer une seconde fois un cocktail que nous avions déjà réglé sur le rooftop, avant de se rétracter quand on a insisté sur le bon paiement de la somme. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles très décevant. Et au vue du prix, c’est une expérience qu’on ne renouvellera pas. Restant disponible, Bonne journée Mme GUEBA

The room was clean without any unpleasant smells. The check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. There is a pod service connecting the hotel with Terminal 5. It was fast and convenient, but it was rather expensive at 8.7 pounds per trip.

While waiting for my son to finish his function at LA Meps, I needed a place to hang out. Booked a room and it was easy. No complications. No overnight stay. Had access to hotel amenities. Will do again and recommend

Halls were dirty. No restaurant service for lunch. Noisy room - I heard every airplane’s engine that took off from LAX Bradley!!!

We've come three times so far to step out of our daily routines and turn off our cel phones and computers. We catch breakfast as we come in, check-in is friendly and incredibly quick, the rooms are always clean and have a kitchen so we can snack all day long. They even have portable cooktops available to borrow so we made grilled cheese sandwiches while we watched a movie and took a nap away from the daily grind on one of our visits.

Check in was fast with no hiccups. Room was clean and a perfect temperature. Sheets and towels very clean and white. The sum of the parts made for a very enjoyable stay.
