Hotel undergoing renovations. Elevator not working! Staff were nice to offer to carry my luggage up/down the stairs to my room. Room was clean, bed comfortable, but the furthest away from check-in desk. Plus 3-short stairs midway in hallway to my room.

Clean room, had everything possible you might need to use including a kitchen, sofa and closets. Pool was clean and good size. Of course it's close to airport, so planes are constantly in and out.

Very handy location and well equipped room. A bit of a wait for elevators but generally all as required… suited our needs perfectly as a base following early cruise arrival and late flight departure

Muy amable el personal en todo momento, habitación cómoda. Especiales agradecimientos a una chica Chilena (no recuerdo nombre), quien gentil y honradamente devolvió reloj pulsera olvidado en la habitación por mi nieto. Tambien a un chico llamado Junior quien me atendio con mucga gentileza y dedicacion. Sinceras Felicitaciones a estas dos personas y todo el personal.

Room was very dated, but clean and served the layover purpose to store luggage and freshen up before departure. Staff were great though.
