The check in with Helen was so easy. She was so helpful and welcoming. The free shuttle was a lifesaver. So nice to rest after a long trip.

The price on this website was $50 less than what the actual charges were. Also both pools were demolished and we were not notified of this at booking or with any update prior to arrival.

Could not ask for a better experience and value than what we received at the Westin ATL. The bed may be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. 8 hour layover in the airport or 4 hrs of sleep and peace and quiet? Would do it again 1000 times.

Could not find complaint with the property - it was great. Everything, and more, from a layover. Would not hesitate to book again.
The only challenge was the airport shuttle. Was not able to call the property for the shuttle and had to grab a taxi.
Would be good if the hotel informed the shuttle of an expected pick up based on the guest's arrival details, and inform the guest of where the pick up would be from. If the shuttle runs every 35-45min easy to just wait at the designated spot at the airport

The hotel room was grim. Old, filthy and smelt really bad. On a corridor where there were rooms used for work related function - so, noisy too. Was very, very glad I didn’t have to sleep overnight in that filthy room.
Out at pool (main reason for booking) it was crammed with people who had checked out of rooms and were waiting for flights too. There were hardly any seats and we eventually managed to bag a dilapidated and dirty clam seat. It was an absolute disaster and had cost more than a night in a decent hotel elsewhere. Never again. As a business flight passenger, in future, I’d take my chance in the airport lounge.

Booking was easy, but getting in touch with the hotel for a shuttle to the hotel was very frustrating.

A welcome refuge when my flight was very delayed due to the strikes. Pool could have been a bit nicer but room was fantastic.

It was the easiest process ever. I booked online and showed up to the hotel a little earlier than my scheduled arrival time, they allowed me to check in at no additional charge. I was able to enjoy the complementary breakfast upon arrival.
