all was very good, very recommended when you're in the airport but need to wait more rhan 5 hours.

completely defeats the purpose of a day-use room We booked a day-use room specifically from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM because we had just arrived in Chicago after a very difficult night of travel and flight disruptions. We had another long-haul flight later that afternoon, so the entire purpose of booking this room was very simple: to sleep for a few hours, take a shower, and recover before going back to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel managed to make even that impossible. When we arrived early in the morning, we had to wait approximately 30 minutes before anyone even appeared at the front desk to assist us. Once we finally got into the room and tried to sleep, things became even worse. The hotel called our room twice, waking us up because, apparently, they could not find or properly verify our reservation in their system — despite the fact that we had already checked in and had been given the room. As if that were not enough, housekeeping entered our room twice while we were resting. So during the few precious hours we had specifically paid for in order to sleep, we were repeatedly disturbed by phone calls and housekeeping because of the hotel’s own internal communication and reservation issues. For a regular overnight stay this would already be unacceptable. For a day-use reservation whose main purpose is to allow exhausted travelers to rest between flights, it is absolutely ridiculous. We paid for a quiet room and a few hours of uninterrupted rest. Instead, we spent part of our limited time waiting for reception and then had our sleep interrupted four separate times. Very poor organization, terrible communication between reception and housekeeping, and a deeply disappointing experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a day-use room or a place to rest during a long layover.

Needing a room after a 2 week stay in Hawaii to set our luggages, quick break n shower b4 the flight. No problem finding our booking and check in was smooth. Staffs are friendly. Valet parking was complementary which was awesome. Centrally located as well which was great for last min. shopping. However, the room was quite small, an end of hallway room, and the bathroom smelled like sewer. We were thankful they kindly let us stay another half and hr, so we didn't have to rush. We spent a total maybe like 1.5 hrs in the room, so it did the job. I am also glad we didn't stay here for 2 weeks tho.

Nice hotel, clean, large room, spotless bathrooms, easy access. I will return again. A quiet place, the reception staff were very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the TV; they should replace it. Everything else was spectacular during my 5-hour getaway.

Hotel was great including location, check-in process, room, cleanliness, quiet. I've stayed here several times and highly recommend this property.

Check in was slow. Elevator was out so instead of walking up 5 flights to our king room we were downgraded to a double room on 2nd floor. No bath towels. Attendant was apologetic and very pleasant.

Location was and timing was perfect for my needs. The quality of the room was outstanding along with the coat.

This hotel was wonderful. Clean, unique, and has a bar and restaurant. It was right downtown. We were able to refresh in the room.Then walk downtown from the hotel to sightsee while our luggage could remain in the hotel. We are recommending this option to all our friends and family when they are in the Seattle area.

The front desk took forever to find my booking. Eventually they gave me a keycard which didn’t work, thankfully, because the room was occupied. The maintenance guy had to walk around with me to find a vacant room that was made up. So I ended up paying $200 for a 2.5 hour nap

We got in at 7am after 11hrs of traveling & needed a place to catch up on sleep & shower before being able to check into our hotel. This was the perfect place for us, especially with two toddlers. We all fit on the bed and slept almost the entire 6hrs.

Smooth check in experience. Everything as advertised. Room was clean and comfortable. Great deal.

An airport shuttle was advertised and the whole reason I booked this particular hotel. However after check in I asked to schedule the shuttle and they advised they don't and never had a shuttle. I then had to order an Uber that cost half as much as the hotel, I would have biked a different location that had the shuttle if properly advertised. The pool was also disgusting with trash and nasty green slime.
