Halls were dirty. No restaurant service for lunch. Noisy room - I heard every airplane’s engine that took off from LAX Bradley!!!

We've come three times so far to step out of our daily routines and turn off our cel phones and computers. We catch breakfast as we come in, check-in is friendly and incredibly quick, the rooms are always clean and have a kitchen so we can snack all day long. They even have portable cooktops available to borrow so we made grilled cheese sandwiches while we watched a movie and took a nap away from the daily grind on one of our visits.

Check in was fast with no hiccups. Room was clean and a perfect temperature. Sheets and towels very clean and white. The sum of the parts made for a very enjoyable stay.

The room was perfect and met more than our needs before the late night flight. I was anxious if the room availability will be honored but it was ready right on time on our arrival. Great day stay service!

The room was nice and clean, the front desk staff was friendly, I was able to get in and get a nap in before my AirBnb was ready.

I was so curious about day use room accommodations. My husband works at a hotel for more than a decade now. Thought we will need one to enjoy our Calgary Stampede and Heritage park visits with a day at the pool after. We barely stayed in our room maybe a less than an hour only of recharge after a 3-hour drive including packing bits of stuff we brought during check-out. Next time , I learned how to take advantage of day pass at a hotel. The room was clean , linen and towel smells fresh and my main reason why I and my family would come back is Chetan, the front desk who gave us access to the pool after booking two rooms and barely used it for the time bands we booked. . We at least got something from our moneys worth. However, it would be great to consider a changing room and a shower room with bare necessities like shampoo , body wash and conditioner to enjoy the nice and well-maintained pool area.

Room was nice and clean, Mike at the front desk was super helpful and very accommodating, he’s the reason I’d come back. It was quiet, and I was able to rest, no interruptions or complaints. Thanks

The bed wasn't clean at all. Housekeeping didn't bother to fluff the pillows and covers. There was hair from previous guests. Will use the service again but won't return to the same hotel.

I booked the King room with lounge access. To my horror surprise, the lounge only have table, sofas, soft drinks and nuts! I asked the staff, and even they themselves broke into laughter when I asked them so.

The day use room gave us a comfortable place to retreat and relax after our cruise and before a late flight out. The room was ready even though we arrived a few minutes before the 10am check-in. The reception staff even offered that we could stay another hour after the 4pm check-out time without charge. They also gave us each a bottle of water at check-in. Only complaint is that the elevator was barely big enough for one person with one piece of luggage, and was very slow. Still, a convenient and cost effective way to chill for a few hours.

Before booking, I was asked what time I wanted the room to be available, and I selected 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 11:25 a.m., but the room still wasn’t ready. We then had to wait another 10 minutes before we could check in. On top of that, we waited over an hour for our drinks and food. In the end, I had to go downstairs myself to collect them. The service was just far too slow, and I was really disappointed that the room wasn’t ready when I arrived, despite the time I had requested.
