The day use room gave us a comfortable place to retreat and relax after our cruise and before a late flight out. The room was ready even though we arrived a few minutes before the 10am check-in. The reception staff even offered that we could stay another hour after the 4pm check-out time without charge. They also gave us each a bottle of water at check-in. Only complaint is that the elevator was barely big enough for one person with one piece of luggage, and was very slow. Still, a convenient and cost effective way to chill for a few hours.

Before booking, I was asked what time I wanted the room to be available, and I selected 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 11:25 a.m., but the room still wasn’t ready. We then had to wait another 10 minutes before we could check in. On top of that, we waited over an hour for our drinks and food. In the end, I had to go downstairs myself to collect them. The service was just far too slow, and I was really disappointed that the room wasn’t ready when I arrived, despite the time I had requested.
