The room was ready earlier than promised. It was clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool and places to eat were within a 20 min walk. Great way to spend the time between leaving our cruise ship and boarding our flight.

I enjoyed this short time room with the amenities and the experience of being in my own quiet room, while at the same time, I could concentrate without disturbance on my task in this clean and friendly ambience. Can only recommend the use of such daytime hotel stays if you need to freshen up and get some stuff going. Thanks to HotelsbyDay for this great service from the start to the end.

Exactly what I needed for the day at a hotel. The app was simple, clear, and concise, and I was able to book a room for a few hours in the day right at the airport in LAX. Also, I called to verify, and I had superb customer service. I will book again with Hotels By Day going forward!

A majority of the time I stay at this hotel, there is an issue. They can’t find the booking and then say it wasn’t paid for and try charging me. A couple times the room wasn’t ready, there was someone in the room or the room was not clean. This past stay they tried to charge me after I already paid and I had to show them that it was taken out of my bank account and the fire sprinkler in the room was covered with a piece of plastic. Plus the woman at the desk wasn’t friendly and I got nasty looks from a man that worked there. I’m considering not booking there anymore

My stay was a little rocky...the front desk kept telling me they had no booking for me ...then they tried to charge me more for the room than what I reserved it for....... eventually, after 30 minutes of waiting, I finally got the price I was quoted

We booked a day room at EB Hotel Miami after disembarking from a five-day cruise while waiting for our evening flight. Upon check-in, we were informed that the water had been shut off for routine maintenance and that our reservation would be canceled as a result. Having already spent $90 on an Uber from PortMiami, we decided to keep the room rather than arrange additional transportation and spend seven hours at the airport. The staff placed us on the second floor, where we were told the water was still functioning and would likely be restored within a few hours. As a courtesy, we were also given two complimentary drink vouchers. The room itself was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the water never returned during our stay. We were still able to order room service, which was decent, though somewhat expensive, and we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle. While the staff did their best to accommodate us, the lack of running water significantly impacted our experience. Given the circumstances, we would not choose to stay here again.

The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough but was freaking hot and took too long for the AC working properly and refreshing the room. The staff were confused at communicating with each other about the day use booking - I got 2 door knocks and they were yelling and talking so loud on the hallway during the day (probably cleaning up other rooms). I really thought I could have an earlier check-in because I got there at 7:30, but the receptionist said we would have to wait until 9am, we just wanted a room to rest before the next flight.

We booked this hotel using hotels by day. The Element was clean, the room was spacious and smelled good. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and was able to rest in the lobby. They even offered us breakfast from their buffet until our room was ready. This was the perfect place to rest and relax after our cruise and before our evening flight. We will stay there again.
