Clean comfortable room at excellent value. The combination is really a 5-star experience, but I gave it 4 stars because there are some expectation tradeoffs that naturally come with value.

I had a smooth check-in from the outset with the staff being totally professional and friendly. The room was great to have full use of while undertaking my online Professional Development training before needing to head to Paddington Station to catch a train later that day. Will definitely use again.

We needed somewhere to go for 10hrs waiting for our late night flight. We purchased the Pool Pass, we were welcomed by lovely staff, they couldn't be more helpful. The Hotel is beautiful, the facilities we used were great, lovely pool area, hot tub, sauna, fresh towels and a nice shower to end our stay before getting our long haul flight. We also purchased a couple of last minute gifts at the Gift Shop, nice selection of souvenirs/gifts Thank you very much

The hotel did not have our reservation so we had to wait about an hour to figure out rebooking. The room was dirty. The bed had an huge divot in the center. Our key cards stopped working a couple times. And there was no pool

Wanted to use the pool so I booked a day pass loved the idea of day pass because of the amenities also would hope for the next visit for the pool to be more clearer and a little cleaner other then that it was good

Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, their elevators are a small nightmare. This is the second time I have used this hotel & the elevators were a problem 2 months ago. It seems they are under maintenance/renovating, whatever..

After checking in, I was given my key. When I opened my room. Somebody was already there. I went to the lobby. got a 2nd key and the same thing happened. I made it the 3rd time.

Our room was not ready when it was suppose to be (900- had til wait til 1000 and I had to go and check to see if the room was ready) One elevator seemed to work . Thankfully we were only on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage down to leave . The front desk seemed annoyed that I was there for a day room

Room was comfortable and AC worked. TV signal was barely functioning and WiFi was very slow. It did the job for a long layover though. Location was bad with beggars and other types just outside the door. Would not come back to this location but would choose another one

Wanted a day room due with pool facilities due to a late flight. Was informed that hotel pool was closed only after completing the booking. Was advised that sister hotel next door had a pool we could use. Complete lack of usable sun beds meant we couldn’t relax. The sunbeds that were there were broken and unsightly. Very disappointing!!
