Hotel was Good Great Staff Area Quite Central Maybe some improvements to Spa ! Looking Quite Dated and Rusty in Areas. Jacuzzi was Out of Order.

My stay was great. The location was ideal for what I wanted to do on my staycation, close to the mall and restaurant. I did not use the indoor pool but it did look nice and clean. I also saw the outdoor pool from afar. My room was clean and updated. My only complaints are I didn’t get much rest due to the doors being so loud and slamming when they close. And the tv should be able to stream from your phone

Nice, clean hotel. Had lunch in the restaurant and it was very good. Pool was relaxing and very clean. Staff in all departments was very friendly and accommodating. They also offer a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes.

Hotel staff was 45 minutes late in getting us a room and then when we went down to get lunch, their restaurant was closed. Room was fine for a shower and nap, and location was good for a quick shuttle to the airport.

Room was clean, bathroom scrubbed, plenty of towels . Altho i didnt use any amenities i will most likely next visit. Would recommend 👌

The hotel accommodated us earlier than the reservation of 10am. We were on a cruise that got in at 7am, & our flight to home wasn't until 3:30pm. We did not want to hang out at the airport for sure. We were able to take advantage of the hotel's complimentary breakfast, & take a nap before or flight. Nice & friendly staff. The hotel was clean.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Customer service was excellent, enjoyed the use of spa. Would definitely come again.

Would use this again with a long layover. So much better than waiting at the airport. Bed was super comfortable , got some sleep. Shower was just what was needed. Shuttle to and from the airport work very well once I had found the number to dial

The room was good but the location not very good. Probably provide free shuttle service from CIQ or city square would be good?
