This is beautiful and comfort hotel with professional staff. I have used day stay vacation here many times BUT this time I was meet in the parking lot with confusing QR coded signs saying there is a charge for parking!!! It makes the hotel feel very unfriendly and saddens me they treat their customers this way. It takes 15 minutes out in the weather to enter all your information and pay the extra $25 stupid parking charge. It makes me so MAD it makes me question Hilton and why should I stay at their banded hotels any more. Such bad customer service!!!! ????????????

The Hilton is nice and the staff is great. It was going through renovation while I was there but that’s always a good thing. It was more than sufficient for my day needs.

This was such a peaceful place to stay at after our cruise. Minutes away from the airport and free shuttle. Our room was clean and immediately available upon our arrival. The front desk was nice and swift. I plan to stay here again.

It was perfect, the location was very near the convention center and since we were walking a lot we wanted to rest and refresh. It was nice and quiet and there was a lot of food choices near as well.

Although the staff were friendly, there was a lot of noise from thw disco around the pool and ongoing building/renovation work in the hotel. Our shower flooded and there was a delay in getting it fixed. Not good for a single day use.
