The service was fine, but I was disappointed that there were no smoking rooms available. As a smoker, this made my stay less comfortable.

Was charged 91 from hotel by days but at the hotel its sled it was only 75 and had issues with the pay before. Had to check in an hour late because the digital card was never sent to the hotel.

I was a bit suspicious of the reservation because the hotel didn’t respond to my calls and emails, but luckily I gave it a chance and everything worked out perfectly!
They let us in even earlier than we expected.
This day-use room was a great help for us because of the huge gap between the flight arrival and the check-in to our main accommodation.

Fantastic rainwater shower, comfortable bed.

Very smooth process. The Sheraton GDG hotel were ready for us on arrival, the room was a high standard, comfortable and extremely quiet. Hotel a great location as its inside the airport.

Hot water is not a luxury item. I had hot water at the bathroom sink. However in the shower had no hot water about 2 minutes after soaping up in the shower. Me not happy...me freezing.

Hotel undergoing renovations. Elevator not working! Staff were nice to offer to carry my luggage up/down the stairs to my room. Room was clean, bed comfortable, but the furthest away from check-in desk. Plus 3-short stairs midway in hallway to my room.

Clean room, had everything possible you might need to use including a kitchen, sofa and closets. Pool was clean and good size. Of course it's close to airport, so planes are constantly in and out.
