Siento handicap for walking? We had to call for the hotel shuttle. Had to call three times for shuttle and took almost an hour of waiting outside for him to come. Other hotel shuttles were passing every 15 minutes. We lost 1.5 hours of our time to rest which was frustrating since we paid so much to stay there. But we still had to check out at 5 since the hotel was “fully booked”. We were on sixth floor but our view was all of the trash scattered outside our window.

This time the check in process, the room and the check out process was A one. It is appreciated because last time it was not. It seems that the attitude of the desk person is very important. I guess we got lucky.

I am very frequent traveller to SFO i stayed in your hotel twice in last 25 days but my last stay was horrible, i arrived with 8 luggage 2 very young kids my card was declined i told lady let us go keep my passport and i will pay at the time of leave as i would be getting paid instead of helping us she said i cant accommodate if you cant pay right away. I had this kind of experience at other hotels as well and all of the time i was helped. Very rude behaviour. Never coming back to your hotel again.

My wife and I wanted to try for a while doing a hotel by hours ILO a full booking. We wanted to have a quiet time, a private dinner, and got exactly what we wanted. Will do this again.

First time with using a day pass and using Tru. Would 100% do this again. Both was amazing with amazing people.

The Logan Hilton Hotel was, as usual, excellent. I experienced an easy and restful time at the day use room.I recommend the day pass at the Logan Hilton without reservation.

I wanted to spend a day in NYC and have a hotel to take a bath and get some rest in a central location near Penn station. It was perfect for that purpose!

What a wonderful stay at EB Hotel Miami. The staff were among the nicest of any hotel I have ever stayed at! It was a beautiful place and great location between airport and cruise terminal!
