Great way to rest having had an early disembarkation from the ship and having an evening flight. Easy to walk to the airport. Defintely do this again.

Good Hotel, good location. It's very close to Omonia Square Athens which very nice place to shop and visit Especially in night time. It's also a good option for those who prefer to stay in a place where they can also find Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi and halal food as there are restaurants nearby.

The booking and check in process was seamless, and the front desk staff member was very polite. The biggest plus was that I only needed a place to rest for a few hours, and the cost was exceptionally reasonable. Another plus was the free shuttle to the airport!

We had a lot of time in between our check out at another stay and our flight. We did a pool pass and it was perfect for cooling down in the heat and killing time until our flight. Would recommend!

I was overcharged for the room by $50

Staff were very rude to us in the morning when we arrived. Kept ringing the room when we were trying to store our luggage and help my dad settle into his room. Room was dirty and dusty too

Facilities were perfect for what we needed as we waited for our flight. Great pool, lots of space, nice amenities. Rooms were quiet and airport shuttle was a plus. Staff were super helpful.

The Residence in at LAX is top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure all customer needs are exceeded. Will absolutely recommend and will stay there again. Day stay is an amazing offering for long layovers, including cruise ship customers. Well done Residence Inn staff!

Room was not clean at the Palmer House Hilton Chicago.

We had just taken a cruise and our flight home was several hours later. Instead of waiting in the airport, wedecided to try a day use room for the first time. What excellent decision. The room was available as soon as we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room and pool area were clean and well kept.

Had a redeye flight and couldn't check in to my booked hotel till 4pm. I found THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL to use for day until I could check in at the other main hotel for my vacation. The front desk was super friendly. The had my reservation all ready and I was able to catch up on sleep until my room at the nearby Grand Hilton (DoubleTree) was ready. Clean room with great wifi and TV/streaming options. Room was a great size and layout. Came with pool access even though I didn't use it. Check out was easy. Deposit was $125 which initially I thought was high, but you get it back eventually and frankly it was worth it. The room was $111 base rate and I think it was for an 8 hour block. (I only needed it for 3.5 hours). Would happily book again at the Hyatt Centric South Miami and strongly recommend them to others that might find themselves in a situation like mine where catching up on sleep after a long day of travel overnight. Thank you!!
