Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. There is a Starbucks on site. The room I had had all the necessities. The kitchenette was really nice. The bed and its comforter were super comfy; I wish I could have taken the comforter. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room in the closet and vanity. Only 2 negatives: #1 there was an open shower but didn't seem deep enough so I was afraid the water was going to leak onto the floor (it didn't) and #2 the TV could only face the bed. I wanted to watch TV while at the kitchen table or desk but it wouldn't turn more than 45 degrees. Room AC worked very well. Showerhead was tall and water pressure was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again.

Given a quiet room on the 10th floor. Nice comfortable room to relax before our red-eye flight to the east coast. Stayed on 9/20 and there WAS a free shuttle bus service to the airport.

We had never considered a day stay, but a fellow traveler mentioned the possibility to us when we were getting off a cruise at 8 AM with lots of luggage and a flight out scheduled at 8 PM. Airline would not check luggage that far in advance and we did not want to hang out at Logan for 12 hours. We loved having the use of a room for the day. The coffee was good, the snack bar had a nice selection, there was a nice walking path outside, and it was wonderful to put our feet up, rest and shower before our late cross country flight. We would do this again in similar circumstances.

At the time of check-in, I was told to wait 30mins because there are no rooms available. What's the point of asking your expected time when you can't even get the room avaible at the check-in time to begin with. Once I came back, there was gentleman who also booked a day use and was told the same thing - to wait. Finally after 42minutes, I was able to get my room.

The hotel is convenient to airport & rooms are nice and modern. My only complaint is that housekeeping is very loud and not considerate of those who may be trying to sleep during the day. We were a flight crew and there for a day rest, and common practice for housekeeping was to let the door slam against the door swing security bar as they repeatedly went in and out of the rooms. Every few minutes there was a BANG BANG BANG as doors were allowed to just slam. Don’t plan on sleeping while housekeeping is at work.

I paid for the room in advance, so I reserved the room. After arriving, the hotel people told me they overbooked the room. So I had to wait more than one hour to get to my room. Next time, I will just go to pastime to a Starbucks or get a cheaper hotel. These guys are not very serious about their compromise. Avenue Of The Arts Hotel can not be trusted.

Amazing staff and even though we were just day use everyone from Front Desk to Cleaning made sure we were comfortable. We were given an amazing room on 6th floor with a nice city/lake view. Hotel was very clean our room was well appointed. It was a great way to relax while we waited for our dogs orthopaedic surgery to be completed. Highly recommend this Hotel

Check in took extra time as they needed to re-enter it in to their system, elevators are very slow and too little capacity for hotel size and then they billed my card 20% more than Hotels by the Day quoted. Room was clean and pleasant so giving 3 stars for that.

The worst part of our 8 week holiday was this experience at the Best Western property. A horrible hotel, can’t believe any rating agency would have a property like this on their books. After checking in, our big mistake, we booked a trip to the airport on the 4pm shuttle. The room we were in was so bad, we actually took the 1pm shuttle to escape!!! We’re are meeting our travel agent tomorrow and we will make sure she does not use your company ever again.

Hotel stay at Hyatt Regency Harbor was fine. The room was clean and the area quite close to Logan International Airport. Apparently, there is a free shuttle between hotel and airport but booking confirmation made no mention on this. Breakfast buffet is available at USD27 but I find the selection quite limited though. Our biggest issue for our stay was that the hotel charged us for our stay even though payment was already processed by hotelsbyday.com. After calling customer service, we got email that the amount charged by hotel will be refunded... but it will take 3-5 days. Hope that hotelsbyday.com could ensure that this process is ironed out as guests have limited hours to enjoy their stay but instead have to spend valuable time following-up on this.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms with high quality amenities. They have a games room that was great spot for kids to play (4 and 6). When I had a query about my bill they were prompt and helpful and responded with kindness and professionalism. We only stayed for a few hours between airport and car trip, but I wish it could have been longer, absolutely great service and experience.

The hotel charges a $40.00 plus sales tax fee that does not include the $50.00 plus sales tax valet service. Additionally, there is only one concierge working at the time causing a long line until you are able to check in.

I was here for a daycation a few weeks ago and extended my stay through the night which worked out great but when I booked a night to get away it seemed like they put me in a room that wasn't as updated as the other yet I paid a decent price so that was a little frustrating but I enjoy the hotel and will be back for another day stay soon.

Happy to find Hotels by Day because the hotels at lAX don't offer this directly. Once I found HBD, I was able to book my chosen hotel for a 10 am-5 pm dayroom before a long flight flying to Singapore. It was a fab reservation - we arrived early and in time for the breakfast. The hotel (Residence Inn) checked us in early AND gave us breakfast access. I'll use HBD again and again!

The motel was great. Nice room and very clean. Unfortunately, there is apparently no communication between "hotelsbyday" and the Motel, causing the motel staff to scramble to find a room for me.

The Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver, BC was incredible. The most beautiful building I've ever been in and service to match. I was thrilled that they were expecting me from the HotelsByDay booking and even told me they give priority to day room customers so they had the room ready even before my scheduled time. This was my first time to use HotelsByDay and I was so anxious that it might not work, but everything worked perfectly and I had the chance to explore a luxury hotel at an economy price (discounted at least 75% from full rates!) What an incredible bargain. I've told everyone I know about this and look forward to going back to the Fairmont Waterfront one of these days.

The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect on Collins ave in Southbeach! The room was small but clean and comfortable. The beach lounges were comfy with ample shade by the beautiful beach front. The restaurant was Delicious! Very pricey though. I didn’t give 5 stars because there were some cleaning opportunities in the elevator and hallways. There also was a terrible view from our room. Alleyway of street.Overall, I would definitely book a day room before catching a night flight after a cruise! Perfect ending to our vacation.

We used the room to stow our bags, take a quick nap, and shower coming off a cruise but flying home later in the day. The day use was great...it allowed us to explore Boston knowing our luggage was safe and it also allowed us the opportun9ty to freshed up for our flight. The hotel is so convenient and the room was nice.

The experience was not what I expected from such a large establishment. Bit of a disorganization and dismissive behavior from the front desk staff (Caribbean lady with short curly hair). When I requested a high floor, she coyly stated that she didn't have to accept my booking because they are short on rooms from the turnover. Ms Stephany, front desk supervisor; manager was kind enough to assist and accamodate the booking. She was very polite and respectful.

Our 19th floor room was beautifully appointed and had a superb view over the water. It certainly met our needs as a place to stay from when the cruise ship docked early in the morning until our late night international flight back to Brisbane. Would certainly look at this option again.

Day room was really quite good and the pool and beach access were both very good. The poolside bar and food outlet are quite good also. Check- in was slow and they need another 30 or so lounge chairs by the pool. You may need to wait a while for one.

Whilst the room was great, the check-in and check-out process at the hotel was appalling. On arrival our reservation was not easily found, and whilst we had paid for this hotel in full via Hotelsbyday, we were held at check-in for more than 30 minutes whilst the hotel tried to verify we had in fact paid. Even the manager needed to get involved all whilst our dayroom hours were ticking away. They eventually allowed us to go to the room, still not fully convinced we had paid for our reservation. On attempt to check-out, an issue of unpaid taxes now became an issue, notwithstanding we had paid for the room and all the taxes in advance via Hotelsby day. This also became an issue that required a manager to come and resolve, again 20 minutes waiting for agreement that we had in fact paid in full. These unnecessary administration matters overshadowed what was a very nice hotel room for day use and would have been completely fit for purpose had all these other annoying issues did not occur. If the hotel is at fault, then they should consider having staff understand that not all guests choose to book directly with a hotel, and if they cant figure the proper administration of such reservations, then dont advertise with booking sites. If hotelsbyday failed to do their job correctly here and caused us the inconvenience, then get your act together in a highly competitive market....as consumers, we have lots of choices, a situation I'm sure you would be aware of and want to fix.

Good hotel in terms of quality. 1 thing that did not work was the TV. The remote was not working so I could not change the channel. The shower and other amenties were nice. Not sure if they charge for their use considering its only a day stay. I would stay here again.

Easy booking, room ready in less than 10min of arrival even though we showed a bit early since we were stranded after a canceled flight at midnight. Receptionist was already familiar with day rooms and helped us check in quickly. Hotel was the nice usual quality of a Hilton with all expected amenities so no issues there. Price was great for the rest after long travel. Easy to get there from jfk airport and quick complimentary shuttle to return to airport. If only the airline was as easy to deal with...

It seemed like it would work, but the hotel staff at the Double Tree hotel didn't seem to know what the voucher was. We sat in the lobby for an hour after a tiring all night flight. By 9 30, we were having to insist on getting a room, but we're told that no room had yet been cleaned. After a bit of insisting, we got our room, but the advertised 9 to 5 didn't happen. Then, on checkout, a much larger bill was presented... essentially the normal rate. So the process didn't work. We likely won't use this service again

Unexpectedly long transit, searched for day rooms and found this site and this excellent offer - and a twin room which is sometimes hard to find. 15 mins from the airport, friendly welcome, spacious room with good blackout curtains and comfortable beds and pillows. Fell asleep in seconds! When we woke up had a coffee, good and strong shower and left. Good size walk-in shower with nice shampoo and bodywash provided, plus a shaving kit and toothbrush. All that we needed for a half day (midday to 7pm), comfortable, spacious and a friendly welcome and goodbye.

Great room. Friendly people. Exactly what I needed to be able to spend the day at the beach with my family before heading over to the airport for a late flight. Highly recommended. One quick note for HotelsByDay: your spelling of the hotel's street does not match what Google Maps uses, so that made it harder to find the place than it would have been otherwise. Not a big deal, but probably worth fixing it.

1and a half hours wait to check in, room was disgusting,toilet blocked,dirty carpet, felt very unsafe. If we had been staying there all night, we would have left. Don’t stay at this hotel.

I own a restaurant so I know what it is like running a business, and I'd like to highlight a fault with your operation. I booked a dayroom for a special occasion with my wife and when I went to check in, I had asked the receptionist for a DoubleTree cookie, which is what I thought was a unique quirk of your brand and a *thing* the DoubleTree brand was known for doing... handing out a cookie to customers. I was rudely told that Daytime customers don't get cookies. Now if the guy said "sorry we're out of cookies" I would not have cared in the slightest. But for someone to tell me, as a paying customer, that "No you can't have a cookie because you are a daytime customer and not a nighttime customer", is honestly a terrible look on your brand. It's not about the cookie, it's about the principle. It's one thing to not mention or offer the cookie to everyone, but when someone ASKS for one, (because it is quite frankly one of the only things I knew about your brand), and then denying them the cookie because they purchased one type of stay over a different one, it's not likely they will decide to book again. Hope this review gets read but someone in management that actually understands basic common sense when it comes to business and branding.

everything was great. easy check in. everything was great. although the windows need cleaning but I can't blame them since i see construction going on next door. and in the whole block. Once tthat is finished, the windows need cleaning. Otherwise than that, thank you for having dayroom available.

This was so easy to do that I was worried it wasn't real! Janelle was very responsive and helped a lot and then at the hotel itself, it was a breeze. Brilliant after an overnight flight that got in very early.

This was not good. I have stayed in Westins in Capetown and Vegas and those were exeptional hotels. Here the bed linnen was stained, the were blood marks on the towels and in the bathroom there were so many black hairs I could make a wig. Very disappointing.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The check-in process was easy. The hotel is quiet and feels safe. Was accommodated well. Room was clean and a good size. Elegant bathroom with good smelling shower bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. A robe and slippers too! Near good eats. Would book again through hotels by day as the reservation process was simple. No issues.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, what you would expect from a budget hotel. We also appreciated the onsite restaurant and fitness centre. My biggest issue was with the airport shuttle. I followed the instructions provided by the hotel for requesting the airport shuttle and called the hotel upon arrival using the airport phone. Despite saying that the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes, it took over 1 hour and 3 phone calls for the shuttle to arrive! Another gentleman had been waiting over 1.5 hours for the shuttle despite also calling the hotel numerous times. The receptionist at the hotel was kind and provided a complimentary buffet breakfast voucher for 2 people for the inconvienience but it was still very unpleasant to be waiting outside in almost freezing temperatures for over 1 hour!

I was charged a parking fee of 55$ although i specifically stated verbatum "I dont have the money to pay for parking, do you have free street parking" She told me to park in #1. This is underneath the the L. Certainly wasnt any special parking. Also hidden fee of deposit which you only get half back. Otherwise hotel was clean, had a community kitchenette downstair which was cool.

Despite calling and speaking with the manager at the Doubletree to reconfirm after booking with HotelsbyTheDay that I need a roomf rom 3-6, I got there and was told by the same manager that nothing was available till 4 pm! You need to figure out your integration with their booking policies MUCH better. The room was fine, but the process was a mess!

Check in/out was as easy as it could have been. To save on money, the hotel had the heat turned off. So the room was freezing when I walked in. Overall, it was nice, but the pictures used on the site do not match the actual room you get. You will not get a balcony, or a large window. But you will get a king size bed and a lot of space. I made it work for what I needed it for.

Even though the hotel was lovely, there was no booking via Hotels By Day. They had never heard of the site and the reference number did not correspond to any booking on their side. The HBD website says to reach out to them on FB messenger if I was having issues checking in , which I did. 7 hours later, I got this response "You can reach us at [email protected] or book directly on our website."

The staff were really friendly, the shuttle service was efficient and perfect for what we needed with a 12 hour layover. The front office staff organised a taxi into the city for us. The bathroom was a little tired but everything was clean, didn’t have time to try the bed out!

The room was a little dated and a little grubby. I couldn't get internet and when I called down to the reception no one answered. Then, considering it was a dayroom to sleep, the cleaner knocked on the door, waking me, to ask what time I was leaving!!! When I told them at reception as I checked out they just said sorry!

Courtyard by Marriott Long Island City doesn't honor the fee that is stated here for the room, when booking through this site $143.92. They charge flat fee of $170 every time. The room is great though.

Front desk service isn’t as nice as they used to be. Even after calling to let them know, I had made a reservation through hotels by day I was told there weren’t any rooms available. Front desk agent finally found my reservation and said it would be ready by the time I arrived. She still had an attitude, was not pleasant, and seemed to be in a rush, despite there being no one else at the front desk behind me. Restaurant is closed despite advertising otherwise. Other than that the rooms are OK and they serve their purpose for working conditions when I have my laptop with me WiFi could be better.

Room was very nice, a nice, clean place to stay for the day with a late evening flight. Would have had 4 stars if the shuttle had left us off at check-in area of American instead of in a parking lot 3 lanes of highway away and not know where to go. Me, an 82 year old with a 89 yr old husband with a walker, 2 large bags and 2 small. If I had known, would have taken a cab. Very bad experience . Don't know why the driver didn't advice us ahead of time. He could see we couldn't walk well. Booking with Hoteld By Day worked out otherwise to our satisfaction.

The booking process through this website was super simple and I liked how easy it was to price compare. I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard at LAX during a 12 hour stopover between international flights. They stick to the check-in time to the minute - which was fine as I was 20 minutes early. The hotel room itself was everything I needed (hot shower and a bed). To get any reasonable meal, you need to go off-site but I prioritised sleep over eating. There’s a wee market in the foyer if desperate. Free airport shuttle was great too - I just wasn’t sure what shuttle to look for (it’s the orange Joe’s parking one for future travellers) and be prepared for absolutely mayhem in the traffic leaving the airport!

I arrived at the Hyatt in Union Square in NYC, at the time of my booking 12 noon. At first, the woman at the hotel desk informed me that they did not have ,any rooms and they were fully booked. She appeared to think that by telling me that, I was simply going to take my bags and go away. I told her that clearly this was not acceptable. She then said she would ask the manager to come out. He did and told me that they would inspect the rooms upstairs and find me something. It took about 30 minutes, but they did accommodate me. They even added an hour to my booking due to their delay. The room was great and they completely salvaged the experience. I would definitely book with this platform again.

The room was ok for the purpose we needed and worked but for a doubletree the hotel was lacking. Rooms were spacious but the fridge had to plug into the bathroom outlet and you couldn’t shut the door with the fridge plugged in. Hotel needs updating. As far as the site and use I would say 5 stars super easy!!!

Hotel we paid for did not have room ready. Had to wait and said hotels by day should not tell people you can have room at 10 am. Was extremely stressful and ruined an amazing holiday we had beforehand! I had put instructions about curtesy bus too that was never actioned. Wont book again!

H Hotel, LA - Overall, the room/hotel was fine, room was very nice, and I recommend it - good value for the money. Easy to use. I arrived in Orlando at 8am with a 4 pm checkin to my resort. I booked the room from their parking lot! Only issue was when checking in, the price was higher than advertised. The hotel clerk was great though. I showed her the confirmation price from hotelsbyday and she was able to adjust the price. Clean, comfortable room. I was so grateful to be able to rest after traveling! Highly recommend.

It’s very quiet in there but the only thing I don’t like is these two women who work that have some issues. Everytime me and my bf come they are the same two people who try to barge into the room sometimes an hour before checkout an say it’s time to checkout when I KNOW what time I paid for. On top of that I was charged extra for a mistake that was on them.

The hotel lobby was gloomy and did not look updated. The room was very nice though and the colors and carpet were fresh and clean. It took the heater awhile to get the chill out of the room but eventually it go warner. The staff "CoCo" was amazing and had the best personality and expertise. She offered information that helped me in choosing Courtyard by Marriot over the other hotels in the vicinity. Hotelsbyday which CoCo reommended after hearing what I needed. fit my business needs and I will recommend that to all of my colleagues. Overall the hotel stay was fine.

If I could give negative stars I would. We had a group of 6 adults and a baby so We took 2 taxis to the hotel from port of Miami around 10am totaling about $110 just to find out “they had no rooms available until after 2” we were suppose to be able to check in at 10am.. also they could not find either of our reservations I booked through this site and the others were booked directly with the hotel. But said they were sold out the night before and it was not possible to have anything ready before 2. They did nothing for us for the inconvenience, we were 110bucks from the cabs with nothing to do but sit in a lobby for hours and wait for our next taxi at 230. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go here again or recommend this

This was a great option that gave us a place to stay after our cruise since our flight didn't leave until 4:00pm and we had to be off the ship at 8:30am. The only disappointment was that our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the hotel wouldn't let us stay for an extra hour because it was booked through a 3rd party.

We arrived at Hyatt Place at 10:30am from Port Everglades after a week long cruise. We needed a restful place to unwind before our evening flight home. Hyatt Place was perfect. We were greeted with a welcome smile & our dayroom was ready when we arrived. We walked to BurgerFi for lunch & the food was very good. Great location & would highly recommend Hyatt Place. Everything you need is at Dania Pointe area within walking distance of the hotel.

It was a great stay. It was quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife near the hotel. The water in the back of the hotel was so serene. My day suite was clean and bright. I will stay again.

The times that we have stayed here have all been great. The day room gives us a place to just chill and hangout away from home. It's a great day retreat to escape from work and adulting. Everyone should get the king jr suite. Super comfy like having a small apartment. Go play hooky with your SO.

The heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. A maintenance man attempted to come in while I was sleeping. Thankfully, I had the bolt lock on the door! Other than that, I had a good experience!

With such a great day room rate I didn't know what to expect, and the outside of the hotel isn't anything special. But I absolutely loved the room! Very well appointed, comfy, feels like it has been redecorated in the past year, mattress was great and I loved both the bedspread and linens and pillows they chose — and, for me, in particular, very sensitive to light, the fact they had blackout curtains made all the difference. I had a very comfortable sleep. If I had to make just two criticisms: (a) the water pressure in the shower ain't all that great (could have something to do with the unnecessary over-fancy shower head?), and (b) I suggest you approach the front desk with nothing but kindness and gobs of patience. Despite the niceness of this property, I take it the front desk staff ain't all that happy, at least when I was there. So be prepared in advance to hold your cool, which will likely make it, in the end, a better experience. But I would definitely come back here again for a day stay, and thank you to Hotels By Day for having this property in their inventory!

Wrong check-in/checkout information given at reception. Person insisted she was right: she wasn't but I still had to leave an hour before I was due. Room not properly stocked with bathroom and personal items. Even had to ask for a hairdryer. Top dollar charges for bottom drawer product. Go elsewhere.

The worst. I went to the place at 10am and was screamed at by the front desk worker no rooms was ready and come back at 6 am. A big inconvenience since I needed to be dress for a wedding soon.

Total disaster...my second time at this hotel. I would NEVER visit again. They are homeless folks also using the property. I didn't feel safe and they have these folks just walking in the lobby. I did a review a few months ago and didn't see any response from hotelsbyday and as such, believe you really don't care to respond for loosing a potential client. I will never use that facility again. Eagerly awaiting your response..very disappointed

Stayed at the Hilton Garden in NY on 137th. I wasn’t sure this was a legit service but was desperate as our flight arrived at 8:15am and our hotel would not allow early checkin- not even for a charge. I called HBD as I had a concern all hotel accommodations were for 2 adults and our 11yo was traveling with us. The very friendly HBD rep called the hotel and said no problem. As I wasn’t sure of this entire transaction I asked for her name and the hotel rep at the Hilton. Well, everything went EXACTLY as planned. We reserved 10-6, arrived at 10:20 easy check in. We rested for a bit went out on the town and returned at 5:30 to pack up and check out. Douglas at the Hilton was very helpful and our check out was a breeze! We did book and pay ahead. The way I understood this program is if you want and pay- its a bit of a gamble as the room seems “reserved” when you pay now. Not sure if this is correct but it worked for us and we would use this service again.

First of all we thought the hotel was a fake. It was all a building site and had to walk the whole way around to see a small sign saying reception. Then when we got to reception the guy who was only training couldn’t find our booking, he said they don’t do day rates, then his senior eventually came out and they had only got our booking by fax that morning.. even though I had booked one month prior. Anyway they found us a room and it all worked out eventually. Was close to the mall and there was a free airport shuttle.

First of all, I love that this dayroom service is available. I was a little confused at first, because my reservation was not found by the hotel, but a Hotels By Day representative sorted it all out and was super helpful. Our hotel room was ready promptly and it was such a trendy, cute place! Would recommend and use myself again!

We needed a room for a few hours while we waited to go to the airport, it was perfect for that, enabling us to shower and change before our long flight. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities you would need. The young man on the desk Johnno, was lovely, pleasant and polite, even though he was extremely busy. We felt it was a little pricey after tax etc' was added just for a day room, but it served the purpose we needed it for.

I'm a travel nurse who works at night, still doing front-line covid care in a pulmonary unit in a small community hospital in Far Rockaway which serves minority communities. I'm also a Hilton Gold Member status. I stay here for day use every week and sleep during the day between shifts. Last week, the front desk worker, Mandi, who has been polite before, was accusatory and condescending saying that I'm trying to have an early check-in and late check out without paying. My check-in time was 9am and I was standing at the front desk at exactly 8:49am. I asked to chec out at 6pm rather than 5 (which is included nin my Gold Member perks), and she said that would be an extra $10 even though I'd never been charged the 25 times I've stayed there before. She was extremely rude to the point of making me cry (because I was already so darn tired from working a 16-hour shift the night before. She was so rude that a stranger came and hugged me while I was waiting at the elevator and said sorry Mandi treated me like that. I'll continue to stay at this hotel because aside from this isolated incident, it's lovely, clean, and everyone else is friendly and accomodating. I just felt compelled to review this because it was so jarring to me.

If I could give it no stars I would! The hotel location is very beautiful but the room in front of the pool was dirty and old. If your booking a Dayroom you will not be given any beach front room (hotel policy). On Hotelsby Day website beach front rooms is what is being advertised with pictures but your not getting none of that. Also be ready to pay $26 for mandatory Valet at the front desk and when picking up your car from the Valet being asked again to pay $26. Looking at my bank statement this morning, they charged me 3 x for deposit, resort fee and valet parking.

Easy experience, however I was confused over payment as on booking it said payment due and we provided card details and thought we had paid but then paid at hotel. Checked statement and haven’t been charged twice but was confusing after coming off a night flight! Hotel was great, check in easy and room was lovely, managed to get some sleep before our 4.5hr drive home.

We rented the room from 10a-4p but weren't able to get into the room until 11am because Hotels By Day did not forward the reservation to the hotel. I had to make multiple calls to the Hotels By Day office who then had to talk to the front desk who then had to talk to the hotel manager who then had to collect my payment information. We did eventually get into the room and it was lovely, but the experience did not start off well. I was definitely disappointed, especially after receiving several confirmation emails. I was sure there would be no problems. Definitely put a damper on our short stay.

The online booking was troublesome because I like to talk to front desk to confirm reservations. I went ahead & did it online & hoped for the best. Sure enough we got to the hotel at 10:30am off a cruise ship, but when I tried to check in the receptionists said they had no rooms available even though I showed them my confirmation. They kept saying checking is at 3 pm, even though I told them it’s a “day stay”. I asked for their manager, who came & tried to say they don’t do that, rooms are being cleaned & not ready till 3pm. She’d not heard of “hotels by day” etc. I asked her to call the number on your confirmation. She spoke to someone & finally got things going. I had a reservation from 10am to 5 pm, but because of the hassle with front desk not working with me we lost an hour of our reservation! I asked for compensation or discount but they refused. They said they will honor our request even though they had no rooms available. I was not impressed with their handling of the whole situation, we were made to feel we invaded their space even though we paid for the room. The room itself was great. We got much needed rest since our flight was not till 7:00 that evening. I hope that we can use this service in future with less stress.

Room was quite small with a squeaky bed. Entry cards stopped working half way through the day so had to be taken back down to reception. Hotel was lovely and I enjoyed my stay, however I have been overcharged and charged twice with no explanation. I have no itemised bill either - so it’s left a sour taste in my mouth. When I first got there, I told them I had pre-paid and they couldn’t find that either so I stood in reception for 45 minutes waiting for them to figure it out before I could even go to my room after 9 hours of travelling.

Then when we forgot to check out I called & the man who answered the phone was very nice & told me it wasn’t a problem! Thank you very much for the hospitality! Jaron, was an amazing front desk agent. He took all necessary steps, and was very professional. And when we left the hotel, he had a big line of guests waiting, me and my partner decided to sit and wait. He actually quickly checked us out without a line, and came up to us very nicely and professional to let us know! Amazing service! The hotel was an older hotel, and def more boutique. I loved the pool, although very small, but plenty of space to sit down and relax. Bar and restaurant are really nice, and everything has a homey feel to it. Rooms are smaller, but comfortable and clean. Excellent job!

The Congress has always served us well for years. We tried another hotel offering day rates but we came back to the comfort of the rooms and professional staff.

This hotel is definitely a vibe! The front desk staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. They really made is feel welcomed. The valet guy even spent extra time helping us to rent the complimentary bikes. I appreciated my short stay here and can't wait to return for an extended stay. Such a beautiful hotel!

Reservation was 7-5, I arrived at 8 and was told they don't have day rooms for the hours specified. They only have them in 5 hours blocks. I showed my confirmation clearly stating checkin is at 7 and check out at 5 but the manager said they do not offer those hours. They wanted to charge me for the morning block and afternoon block. After a bunch of back and forth, they said they will allow this time only. Also, this was the manager I was dealing with so I'm not sure where the problem is. More than likely will not go back if they will not honor the reservation next time.

The hotel is gorgeous and very unconventional! We were in walking distance to Ocean Drive but far enough to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I’m the area!

The people at the front we’re very nice and the design and feel of the hotel lobby was very sophisticated and cool. However, if the hotel wanted to really stay unique and different from other competitors, I would recommend making sure to have some kind of alert or disclaimer that we would have to make sure to send ahead of time our booking information because hotels by day is not interfaced with the main hotel so they didn’t have my information and unknowingly charged my fiancé when I already paid online who assisted on checking us out while I was packing up my work laptop to leave. I think this causes confusion and also delay to the customer as well as not fair for the staff to be a bit puzzled and not have all the information to perform their duties from the check in and out process. I think if area was improved , I think guests might have a better satisfaction with their experience. Good luck!

Hi Sj.  Thank you for your feedback. We actually did not charge you. The credit card served as a guarantee, but was to be charged by the hotel. So the staff was correct in charging you (or your fiance'). With new post-Covid staff, maybe they failed to explain it correctly. Small room, but expected for Dayroom. They save larger for staying guests. Still managed to enjoy room. Main concern I had was the $25 Destination Fee. Don't think I paid that last year.

The hotel offers rooms that are separate for work and rest. I got a combined setting where I did not feel comfortable with video meetings because the bed was in full view. In addition, the room and floor were not cleaned properly, and the housekeeping staff being disrespectfully loud and having inappropriate conversations outside the room door. I was in the middle of a meeting, and the door was knocked on for checkout when I had the room until 4:00 pm. This will be the last time I would use 48 LEX and may never use hotels by day ever again. I paid extra for a room layout that I never got.

The hotel was great, but the hotelsbyday website was misleading in that there was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, the reason I selected this location. Arrived at the airport, called the hotel to ask specifics and they said sorry we do not provide those services. Ended up ubering to and from the airport, spent more money than I anticipated. The rooms and service there was excellent, friendly staff and clean room.

Easy booking, clean and very comfortable and affordable room. The room was not ready at the expected checkin time, had to wait for 1 hr, but not a major issue. I was allowed to enjoy breakfast and connect to wifi. I was also granted an extended checkout time. Good deal!

Check-in was easy and seamless, they were able to get me in early which was great! I chose the hotel due to the time slot but housekeeping kept knocking on my door several times an hour before I was scheduled to check out. Also, the noise level in the hall was so loud throughout my stay I thought it was in my room!

Had a great and easy time. Shuttle picked us up within 5mins of arriving at the stop at LAX and then another 5 min ride to the hotel. We had a 10hr layover so this was perfect. Room was very big and spacious, with a massive bathroom. We liked this hotel because of the gym equipment and weren’t disappointed. Great to do a big workout and swim before heading back to the airport for our next flight. Pool left more to be desired and bar/lounge is closed for lunch. Next door has a great sandwich joint. Would definitely do again with a long lax layover

We booked 2 rooms at the four point by Sheraton at LAX for our friends who had a 10 hour layover on their way back to Europe. The hotel desk could not find the reservation even though we had reservation numbers and the rooms were paid in advance. My friends do not speak English and they called me in the middle of my night to try and untangle this mess. The front desk kept on saying there was no room available. After 30mns somehow they found a way to honor the reservations. While a great service, there needs to be a much better coordination with hotels. It should not be that hard!

The Four Points LAX is a depressing hotel. The rooms have a window that faces an enclosed hallway and feel very creepy. My family and I decided to spend all of our time at pool because the room was so creepy and unsatisfactory. The pool was fine, except for the visible trash on the general area. Overall I would describe the hotel as sad and poorly maintained.

Great stay for a 16 hour layover. I was able to easily walk to the historical center and enjoy a lovely bed. The check in was having a bit of issues on the hotels computer end but they were extremely accommodating. Easy to use, very convenient.

This was the worst experience ever. Booked a week in advance and travelled to the hotel only for them to tell me there is no reservation for my name, and that all rooms are full. I called 3 times before I got a call back, and all they said was they sent the reservation to the wrong email and there was nothing they can do. There are no hotels or motels available anywhere near me, so we are forced to sleep in our car. And for our inconvenience we were offered a 20 dollar credit to the site. Please do not book here. Call the hotel directly and book with them.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Although literally at the nd of a runway, I i not hear the airplanes or the trucks on the road outside. The HVAC was very load, though. Rating is because the room was too hot for me to sleep well. On entering, I immediately turned the temperature down to the lowest, 66. The room was never colder than 70.

Room was good and pretty! But I booked it for the day, to get some comfortable rest while our house is being rebuilt. At first it took a lot of time at the reception desk to get the room. It was like we checked in for a whole week. It took al least 15 minutes, maybe 20. Then someone from housekeeping entered the room while I was walking around in my underware. Then someone else from housekeeping knocked on the door while I was a sleep, to bring the hairdryer. They could be more professional about their Day use policy.

I book the room for a daystation while my vehicle was being serviced, book from 8 am -6 pm, got a call that I had to leave the room at 2 pm. Got a little angry, and was about to go and curse out the front desk, since my booking was till 6 pm. While on my way down to the front desk, got a call that my vehicle will be ready at 1 pm. Since that was the case I just left the hotel. Now beside this, the stay itself was amazing, the room was clean, and had a fresh smell. Would definitely do it again, but would want my full time that I paid for.

I was taking a break since I was working remotely from my job so I decided to use a room to finish work and then relax. You need to put down whether it will be an incidental rate will be a part of the rate. I hate that I find out last minute. It is what it is. The bed was too firm for me to lay down but good to work in which is why the rating is in the middle. I stayed at Club Quarters and Delta hotels which their beds were extremely comfortable.

I rented the room for the day and extended it for the evening/night as well. Hotel was located near the airport which was convenient, price was fair, no complaints with the room + a bonus to be able to cast directly to the TV from my phone. Only complaint I have was the fridge was not cleaned out and had Thai Express from god knows when as the fridge smelled

Having the day room in Boston was great since we weren’t flying out until the evening. The disappointing part was the extra $25+ fee charged on top of tax for the “destination charge” that I was not made aware of in advance. The booking said $89+tax and nothing about this additional fee. That was a surprise and made our reasonable prices stay much more expensive. I asked the hotel for an explanation and they said since I booked through you, you should have informed me about the charge in advance.

Was clean & comfortable. Room was rather small to be honest but nevertheless did the job. Got there and they were doing maintenance on the fire alarm system.... would have been nice to know this ahead of time since I had some videoconference meetings later that day (ended up being OK). Not the cheapest but it ewas a Friday so not surprising more expensive given the competition for rooms for the weekend. I would recommend.

The computers were down when I arrived at my destination, it was so hot and humid I asked for a bottled water but they had none either. Leaving took as long as the registration. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I must have caught them of a bad time. They really try hard when things went sideways. A solid 3 if things were perfect

The original Hotel I booked with did not have rooms available. They sent me to their sister location. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. This is the second time I have check in issues w/ hotels w/ using Hotels by day.

The hotel posts that it has shuttle service but it’s extremely limited. Which to me is false advertisement. I was told shuttle service was every 37mins shuttle stops at 9am and resumes around 5pm. Terrible information

The front desk receptionist Meagan was not very nice. She Could use better manners. Stop asking invasive question. Like “what am I doing here”. And who will be joining me in the room” That’s none of your business. It’s not the questions. It’s how they were asked. However, the room was very nice and clean.

I booked a dayroom in Chicago to make the best use of the day between an airbnb checkout and an afternoon flight home. The experience of finding a hotel, setting up a booking, and redeeming the points (in a web browser on a computer) was uncommonly smooth. I went in expecting rough edges, but no, the user experience is right up there with the biggest booking platforms. Maybe even better than some, which get bloated with upsells. Wonderful work on that! They dayroom was great! The Club Quarters at Wacker/Michigan was awesome except for an out-of-service elevator that made getting to/from the room slow at times. I was able to meditate, do some billable work, and not think about my bags when ducking out for a last-minute lunch with an old colleague. Peace and quiet are precious luxuries in the middle of a big city. I'm glad that Hotels By Day exists.

We almost did not get a room for the day despite our reservation with my credit card because the first receptionist we spoke with was very rude and quite frankly unaware that we had already reserved a room, saying check-in began at 4pm when we arrived around 11am. Another receptionist knew about the day use room option at the hotel and kindly set us up with a room. However, the price was much higher than what Hotels by Day said it would amount to. The customer service was poor, but my partner and I managed to enjoy our stay in the room and time at the waterfront.

Hi. The behavior by the front desk is unacceptable!  We immediately called the front desk and they apologized for any frustrating behavior.  As for the difference in rate, we were assured that the rate advertised is the rate they charged.  However, there's an extra hold on your credit card due to possible incidentals, which gets automatically refunded in 3 to 5 days.

I have booked a room here 3-4 times and never had an issue until yesterday. The receptionist very publicly announced I had booked through hotels by day with a very judgmental look on her face. Then 30 min into my stay housekeeping was banging on the door asking me how much longer until I was checking out. I was pretty disappointed in this experience. My previous visits have been fine. The rooms have always been clean so that is a plus!

Reservation was not honored- hotel said they wouldn’t take us. Did the same to another woman in line in front of us. Receptionist was angry and said she had no idea why Hotels by Day was allowed to make the reservation. Very negative experience overall

Dayroom was just what we needed for our 6 hour Atlanta layover, however, despite Hotels By Day reconfirming our reservation, The Westin did not have our reservation; calls to HBD went to voicemail; reservation was eventually found but we spent 1/2 hour of our precious need for shower and nap waiting; HBD did call me back, but more than 1-1/2 hours later after we were already checked in; Love the concept and wish Westin had the reservation and HBD had someone to speak to at the time of need

This hotel and room was perfect for a few hours of rest in between flights. Check-in was smooth and the room was beautifully clean. Shower was good. Two negative points: 1. We asked for a baby cot, but this message never made it to the hotel. We asked at check-in and were told it will be done, but it never arrived. 2. There is a USD$300 charge still pending on our card several days after we left. We paid upfront for the room so there is no reason for this charge.

Had an unplanned 16 hour layover after a 14 hour flight due to flight changes- this was an early morning arrival with an evening departure - all the hotels near the airport could not guarantee an early check in before 2pm- so it was nice to use this service to get a confirmed 9am check in with a 6pm check out- for only half the cost of a full hotel room.

I stayed at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach. Chic, clean, modern hotel with with a great atmosphere. You feel relaxed from the moment you walk in the door. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, from parking valet, concierge staff, Restaurant and bar staff as well as the cleaning staff I encountered, I felt welcome and respected during all my interactions. Special shout out to Pablo and Chad from the front desk. The hotel as well maintained amenities, with a bar, resturant, cafe, outdoor gym, pool and patio. It’s also great value for money considering the location. 100% would recommend!

​It was a great experience. We arrived before the 10 a.m. check in time and were told to go and have breakfast while we waited for a room. The room they gave us was fantastic so we were able to just relax, have a stroll around the grounds and by the pool and it was such a pleasant way to spend the day. Our flight was at 9 p.m. so it all worked out really well, much better than spending it in a crowded airport. The staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely do this again. Well worth the money.

I’ve used Hotels By Day when I need to get away from the two places I have spent the most time over the past 2 years:  Home and work, as home and work blend.  I never get any privacy to read a book, take a hot bath, etc.  No travel also meant no vacations.  So booking a room once a month has been my guilty pleasure.  Take the day off work and just enjoy some peace and solitude.  Making an appointment for ME time has kept my sanity.

They also care about the hotels staff, asking me in an email if I would care to leave a tip for the staff. I leave cash however I did respond telling them that and they responded back. Now that is customer service.

Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. There is a Starbucks on site. The room I had had all the necessities. The kitchenette was really nice. The bed and its comforter were super comfy; I wish I could have taken the comforter. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room in the closet and vanity. Only 2 negatives: #1 there was an open shower but didn't seem deep enough so I was afraid the water was going to leak onto the floor (it didn't) and #2 the TV could only face the bed. I wanted to watch TV while at the kitchen table or desk but it wouldn't turn more than 45 degrees. Room AC worked very well. Showerhead was tall and water pressure was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again.

We had never considered a day stay, but a fellow traveler mentioned the possibility to us when we were getting off a cruise at 8 AM with lots of luggage and a flight out scheduled at 8 PM. Airline would not check luggage that far in advance and we did not want to hang out at Logan for 12 hours. We loved having the use of a room for the day. The coffee was good, the snack bar had a nice selection, there was a nice walking path outside, and it was wonderful to put our feet up, rest and shower before our late cross country flight. We would do this again in similar circumstances.

At the time of check-in, I was told to wait 30mins because there are no rooms available. What's the point of asking your expected time when you can't even get the room avaible at the check-in time to begin with. Once I came back, there was gentleman who also booked a day use and was told the same thing - to wait. Finally after 42minutes, I was able to get my room.

The hotel is convenient to airport & rooms are nice and modern. My only complaint is that housekeeping is very loud and not considerate of those who may be trying to sleep during the day. We were a flight crew and there for a day rest, and common practice for housekeeping was to let the door slam against the door swing security bar as they repeatedly went in and out of the rooms. Every few minutes there was a BANG BANG BANG as doors were allowed to just slam. Don’t plan on sleeping while housekeeping is at work.

I paid for the room in advance, so I reserved the room. After arriving, the hotel people told me they overbooked the room. So I had to wait more than one hour to get to my room. Next time, I will just go to pastime to a Starbucks or get a cheaper hotel. These guys are not very serious about their compromise. Avenue Of The Arts Hotel can not be trusted.

Amazing staff and even though we were just day use everyone from Front Desk to Cleaning made sure we were comfortable. We were given an amazing room on 6th floor with a nice city/lake view. Hotel was very clean our room was well appointed. It was a great way to relax while we waited for our dogs orthopaedic surgery to be completed. Highly recommend this Hotel

Check in took extra time as they needed to re-enter it in to their system, elevators are very slow and too little capacity for hotel size and then they billed my card 20% more than Hotels by the Day quoted. Room was clean and pleasant so giving 3 stars for that.

The worst part of our 8 week holiday was this experience at the Best Western property. A horrible hotel, can’t believe any rating agency would have a property like this on their books. After checking in, our big mistake, we booked a trip to the airport on the 4pm shuttle. The room we were in was so bad, we actually took the 1pm shuttle to escape!!! We’re are meeting our travel agent tomorrow and we will make sure she does not use your company ever again.

Hotel stay at Hyatt Regency Harbor was fine. The room was clean and the area quite close to Logan International Airport. Apparently, there is a free shuttle between hotel and airport but booking confirmation made no mention on this. Breakfast buffet is available at USD27 but I find the selection quite limited though. Our biggest issue for our stay was that the hotel charged us for our stay even though payment was already processed by hotelsbyday.com. After calling customer service, we got email that the amount charged by hotel will be refunded... but it will take 3-5 days. Hope that hotelsbyday.com could ensure that this process is ironed out as guests have limited hours to enjoy their stay but instead have to spend valuable time following-up on this.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms with high quality amenities. They have a games room that was great spot for kids to play (4 and 6). When I had a query about my bill they were prompt and helpful and responded with kindness and professionalism. We only stayed for a few hours between airport and car trip, but I wish it could have been longer, absolutely great service and experience.

I was here for a daycation a few weeks ago and extended my stay through the night which worked out great but when I booked a night to get away it seemed like they put me in a room that wasn't as updated as the other yet I paid a decent price so that was a little frustrating but I enjoy the hotel and will be back for another day stay soon.

Happy to find Hotels by Day because the hotels at lAX don't offer this directly. Once I found HBD, I was able to book my chosen hotel for a 10 am-5 pm dayroom before a long flight flying to Singapore. It was a fab reservation - we arrived early and in time for the breakfast. The hotel (Residence Inn) checked us in early AND gave us breakfast access. I'll use HBD again and again!

The Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver, BC was incredible. The most beautiful building I've ever been in and service to match. I was thrilled that they were expecting me from the HotelsByDay booking and even told me they give priority to day room customers so they had the room ready even before my scheduled time. This was my first time to use HotelsByDay and I was so anxious that it might not work, but everything worked perfectly and I had the chance to explore a luxury hotel at an economy price (discounted at least 75% from full rates!) What an incredible bargain. I've told everyone I know about this and look forward to going back to the Fairmont Waterfront one of these days.

The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect on Collins ave in Southbeach! The room was small but clean and comfortable. The beach lounges were comfy with ample shade by the beautiful beach front. The restaurant was Delicious! Very pricey though. I didn’t give 5 stars because there were some cleaning opportunities in the elevator and hallways. There also was a terrible view from our room. Alleyway of street.Overall, I would definitely book a day room before catching a night flight after a cruise! Perfect ending to our vacation.

We used the room to stow our bags, take a quick nap, and shower coming off a cruise but flying home later in the day. The day use was great...it allowed us to explore Boston knowing our luggage was safe and it also allowed us the opportun9ty to freshed up for our flight. The experience was not what I expected from such a large establishment. Bit of a disorganization and dismissive behavior from the front desk staff (Caribbean lady with short curly hair). When I requested a high floor, she coyly stated that she didn't have to accept my booking because they are short on rooms from the turnover. Ms Stephany, front desk supervisor; manager was kind enough to assist and accamodate the booking. She was very polite and respectful.

Our 19th floor room was beautifully appointed and had a superb view over the water. It certainly met our needs as a place to stay from when the cruise ship docked early in the morning until our late night international flight back to Brisbane. Would certainly look at this option again.

Whilst the room was great, the check-in and check-out process at the hotel was appalling. On arrival our reservation was not easily found, and whilst we had paid for this hotel in full via Hotelsbyday, we were held at check-in for more than 30 minutes whilst the hotel tried to verify we had in fact paid. Even the manager needed to get involved all whilst our dayroom hours were ticking away. They eventually allowed us to go to the room, still not fully convinced we had paid for our reservation. On attempt to check-out, an issue of unpaid taxes now became an issue, notwithstanding we had paid for the room and all the taxes in advance via Hotelsby day. This also became an issue that required a manager to come and resolve, again 20 minutes waiting for agreement that we had in fact paid in full. These unnecessary administration matters overshadowed what was a very nice hotel room for day use and would have been completely fit for purpose had all these other annoying issues did not occur. If the hotel is at fault, then they should consider having staff understand that not all guests choose to book directly with a hotel, and if they cant figure the proper administration of such reservations, then dont advertise with booking sites. If hotelsbyday failed to do their job correctly here and caused us the inconvenience, then get your act together in a highly competitive market....as consumers, we have lots of choices, a situation I'm sure you would be aware of and want to fix.

Easy booking, room ready in less than 10min of arrival even though we showed a bit early since we were stranded after a canceled flight at midnight. Receptionist was already familiar with day rooms and helped us check in quickly. Hotel was the nice usual quality of a Hilton with all expected amenities so no issues there. Price was great for the rest after long travel. Easy to get there from jfk airport and quick complimentary shuttle to return to airport. If only the airline was as easy to deal with...

It seemed like it would work, but the hotel staff at the Double Tree hotel didn't seem to know what the voucher was. We sat in the lobby for an hour after a tiring all night flight. By 9 30, we were having to insist on getting a room, but we're told that no room had yet been cleaned. After a bit of insisting, we got our room, but the advertised 9 to 5 didn't happen. Then, on checkout, a much larger bill was presented... essentially the normal rate. So the process didn't work. We likely won't use this service again

Unexpectedly long transit, searched for day rooms and found this site and this excellent offer - and a twin room which is sometimes hard to find. 15 mins from the airport, friendly welcome, spacious room with good blackout curtains and comfortable beds and pillows. Fell asleep in seconds! When we woke up had a coffee, good and strong shower and left. Good size walk-in shower with nice shampoo and bodywash provided, plus a shaving kit and toothbrush. All that we needed for a half day (midday to 7pm), comfortable, spacious and a friendly welcome and goodbye.

One quick note for HotelsByDay: your spelling of the hotel's street does not match what Google Maps uses, so that made it harder to find the place than it would have been otherwise. Not a big deal, but probably worth fixing it.

I own a restaurant so I know what it is like running a business, and I'd like to highlight a fault with your operation. I booked a dayroom for a special occasion with my wife and when I went to check in, I had asked the receptionist for a DoubleTree cookie, which is what I thought was a unique quirk of your brand and a *thing* the DoubleTree brand was known for doing... handing out a cookie to customers. I was rudely told that Daytime customers don't get cookies. Now if the guy said "sorry we're out of cookies" I would not have cared in the slightest. But for someone to tell me, as a paying customer, that "No you can't have a cookie because you are a daytime customer and not a nighttime customer", is honestly a terrible look on your brand. It's not about the cookie, it's about the principle. It's one thing to not mention or offer the cookie to everyone, but when someone ASKS for one, (because it is quite frankly one of the only things I knew about your brand), and then denying them the cookie because they purchased one type of stay over a different one, it's not likely they will decide to book again. Hope this review gets read but someone in management that actually understands basic common sense when it comes to business and branding.

This was not good. I have stayed in Westins in Capetown and Vegas and those were exeptional hotels. Here the bed linnen was stained, the were blood marks on the towels and in the bathroom there were so many black hairs I could make a wig. Very disappointing.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, what you would expect from a budget hotel. We also appreciated the onsite restaurant and fitness centre. My biggest issue was with the airport shuttle. I followed the instructions provided by the hotel for requesting the airport shuttle and called the hotel upon arrival using the airport phone. Despite saying that the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes, it took over 1 hour and 3 phone calls for the shuttle to arrive! Another gentleman had been waiting over 1.5 hours for the shuttle despite also calling the hotel numerous times. The receptionist at the hotel was kind and provided a complimentary buffet breakfast voucher for 2 people for the inconvienience but it was still very unpleasant to be waiting outside in almost freezing temperatures for over 1 hour!

I was charged a parking fee of 55$ although i specifically stated verbatum "I dont have the money to pay for parking, do you have free street parking" She told me to park in #1. This is underneath the the L. Certainly wasnt any special parking. Also hidden fee of deposit which you only get half back. Otherwise hotel was clean, had a community kitchenette downstair which was cool.

Despite calling and speaking with the manager at the Doubletree to reconfirm after booking with HotelsbyTheDay that I need a roomf rom 3-6, I got there and was told by the same manager that nothing was available till 4 pm! You need to figure out your integration with their booking policies MUCH better. The room was fine, but the process was a mess!

Check in/out was as easy as it could have been. To save on money, the hotel had the heat turned off. So the room was freezing when I walked in. Overall, it was nice, but the pictures used on the site do not match the actual room you get. You will not get a balcony, or a large window. But you will get a king size bed and a lot of space. I made it work for what I needed it for.

Even though the hotel was lovely, there was no booking via Hotels By Day. They had never heard of the site and the reference number did not correspond to any booking on their side. The HBD website says to reach out to them on FB messenger if I was having issues checking in , which I did. 7 hours later, I got this response "You can reach us at [email protected] or book directly on our website."

The staff were really friendly, the shuttle service was efficient and perfect for what we needed with a 12 hour layover. The front office staff organised a taxi into the city for us. The bathroom was a little tired but everything was clean, didn’t have time to try the bed out!

The room was a little dated and a little grubby. I couldn't get internet and when I called down to the reception no one answered. Then, considering it was a dayroom to sleep, the cleaner knocked on the door, waking me, to ask what time I was leaving!!! When I told them at reception as I checked out they just said sorry!

Courtyard by Marriott Long Island City doesn't honor the fee that is stated here for the room, when booking through this site $143.92. They charge flat fee of $170 every time. The room is great though.

Front desk service isn’t as nice as they used to be. Even after calling to let them know, I had made a reservation through hotels by day I was told there weren’t any rooms available. Front desk agent finally found my reservation and said it would be ready by the time I arrived. She still had an attitude, was not pleasant, and seemed to be in a rush, despite there being no one else at the front desk behind me. Restaurant is closed despite advertising otherwise. Other than that the rooms are OK and they serve their purpose for working conditions when I have my laptop with me WiFi could be better.

Room was very nice, a nice, clean place to stay for the day with a late evening flight. Would have had 4 stars if the shuttle had left us off at check-in area of American instead of in a parking lot 3 lanes of highway away and not know where to go. Me, an 82 year old with a 89 yr old husband with a walker, 2 large bags and 2 small. If I had known, would have taken a cab. Very bad experience . Don't know why the driver didn't advice us ahead of time. He could see we couldn't walk well. Booking with Hoteld By Day worked out otherwise to our satisfaction.

The booking process through this website was super simple and I liked how easy it was to price compare. I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard at LAX during a 12 hour stopover between international flights. They stick to the check-in time to the minute - which was fine as I was 20 minutes early. The hotel room itself was everything I needed (hot shower and a bed). To get any reasonable meal, you need to go off-site but I prioritised sleep over eating. There’s a wee market in the foyer if desperate. Free airport shuttle was great too - I just wasn’t sure what shuttle to look for (it’s the orange Joe’s parking one for future travellers) and be prepared for absolutely mayhem in the traffic leaving the airport!

I arrived at the Hyatt in Union Square in NYC, at the time of my booking 12 noon. At first, the woman at the hotel desk informed me that they did not have ,any rooms and they were fully booked. She appeared to think that by telling me that, I was simply going to take my bags and go away. I told her that clearly this was not acceptable. She then said she would ask the manager to come out. He did and told me that they would inspect the rooms upstairs and find me something. It took about 30 minutes, but they did accommodate me. They even added an hour to my booking due to their delay. The room was great and they completely salvaged the experience. I would definitely book with this platform again.

The room was ok for the purpose we needed and worked but for a doubletree the hotel was lacking. Rooms were spacious but the fridge had to plug into the bathroom outlet and you couldn’t shut the door with the fridge plugged in. Hotel needs updating. As far as the site and use I would say 5 stars super easy!!!

Hotel we paid for did not have room ready. Had to wait and said hotels by day should not tell people you can have room at 10 am. Was extremely stressful and ruined an amazing holiday we had beforehand! I had put instructions about curtesy bus too that was never actioned. Wont book again!

The stay was flawless except for a minor hiccup getting out of the parking lot. The hotel accommodated the request for a floor on thr top levels of the hotel. It was a beautiful day and the view of Washington DC was amazing to say the least! Highly recommended this hotel to others.

H Hotel, LA - Overall, the room/hotel was fine, room was very nice, and I recommend it - good value for the money. Luckily I had confirmed before we got there because there was some confusion over the day reservation, but it got worked out quickly. Shuttle to and from hotel was prompt and driver very helpful.

Easy to use. I arrived in Orlando at 8am with a 4 pm checkin to my resort. I booked the room from their parking lot! Only issue was when checking in, the price was higher than advertised. The hotel clerk was great though. I showed her the confirmation price from hotelsbyday and she was able to adjust the price. Clean, comfortable room. I was so grateful to be able to rest after traveling! Highly recommend.

It’s very quiet in there but the only thing I don’t like is these two women who work that have some issues. Everytime me and my bf come they are the same two people who try to barge into the room sometimes an hour before checkout an say it’s time to checkout when I KNOW what time I paid for. On top of that I was charged extra for a mistake that was on them.

The hotel lobby was gloomy and did not look updated. The room was very nice though and the colors and carpet were fresh and clean. It took the heater awhile to get the chill out of the room but eventually it go warner. The staff "CoCo" was amazing and had the best personality and expertise. She offered information that helped me in choosing Courtyard by Marriot over the other hotels in the vicinity. Hotelsbyday which CoCo reommended after hearing what I needed. fit my business needs and I will recommend that to all of my colleagues. Overall the hotel stay was fine.

If I could give negative stars I would. We had a group of 6 adults and a baby so We took 2 taxis to the hotel from port of Miami around 10am totaling about $110 just to find out “they had no rooms available until after 2” we were suppose to be able to check in at 10am.. also they could not find either of our reservations I booked through this site and the others were booked directly with the hotel. But said they were sold out the night before and it was not possible to have anything ready before 2. They did nothing for us for the inconvenience, we were 110bucks from the cabs with nothing to do but sit in a lobby for hours and wait for our next taxi at 230. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go here again or recommend this

This was a great option that gave us a place to stay after our cruise since our flight didn't leave until 4:00pm and we had to be off the ship at 8:30am. The only disappointment was that our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the hotel wouldn't let us stay for an extra hour because it was booked through a 3rd party.

We arrived at Hyatt Place at 10:30am from Port Everglades after a week long cruise. We needed a restful place to unwind before our evening flight home. Hyatt Place was perfect. We were greeted with a welcome smile & our dayroom was ready when we arrived. We walked to BurgerFi for lunch & the food was very good. Great location & would highly recommend Hyatt Place. Everything you need is at Dania Pointe area within walking distance of the hotel.

The heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. A maintenance man attempted to come in while I was sleeping. Thankfully, I had the bolt lock on the door! Other than that, I had a good experience!

With such a great day room rate I didn't know what to expect, and the outside of the hotel isn't anything special. But I absolutely loved the room! Very well appointed, comfy, feels like it has been redecorated in the past year, mattress was great and I loved both the bedspread and linens and pillows they chose — and, for me, in particular, very sensitive to light, the fact they had blackout curtains made all the difference. I had a very comfortable sleep. If I had to make just two criticisms: (a) the water pressure in the shower ain't all that great (could have something to do with the unnecessary over-fancy shower head?), and (b) I suggest you approach the front desk with nothing but kindness and gobs of patience. Despite the niceness of this property, I take it the front desk staff ain't all that happy, at least when I was there. So be prepared in advance to hold your cool, which will likely make it, in the end, a better experience. But I would definitely come back here again for a day stay, and thank you to Hotels By Day for having this property in their inventory!

Wrong check-in/checkout information given at reception. Person insisted she was right: she wasn't but I still had to leave an hour before I was due. Room not properly stocked with bathroom and personal items. Even had to ask for a hairdryer. Top dollar charges for bottom drawer product. Go elsewhere.

The worst. I went to the place at 10am and was screamed at by the front desk worker no rooms was ready and come back at 6 am. A big inconvenience since I needed to be dress for a wedding soon.

This is my fourth time visiting this hotel for a dayroom and it was perfect, just like all the other times! -Staff is quick, polite and courteous. -The room is immaculate and well kept. -Hotel is conveniently located near lots of places to get a bite of fast food. Total disaster...my second time at this hotel. I would NEVER visit again. They are homeless folks also using the property. I didn't feel safe and they have these folks just walking in the lobby. I did a review a few months ago and didn't see any response from hotelsbyday and as such, believe you really don't care to respond for loosing a potential client. I will never use that facility again. Eagerly awaiting your response..very disappointed

Stayed at the Hilton Garden in NY on 137th. I wasn’t sure this was a legit service but was desperate as our flight arrived at 8:15am and our hotel would not allow early checkin- not even for a charge. I called HBD as I had a concern all hotel accommodations were for 2 adults and our 11yo was traveling with us. The very friendly HBD rep called the hotel and said no problem. As I wasn’t sure of this entire transaction I asked for her name and the hotel rep at the Hilton. Well, everything went EXACTLY as planned. We reserved 10-6, arrived at 10:20 easy check in. We rested for a bit went out on the town and returned at 5:30 to pack up and check out. Douglas at the Hilton was very helpful and our check out was a breeze! We did book and pay ahead. The way I understood this program is if you want and pay- its a bit of a gamble as the room seems “reserved” when you pay now. Not sure if this is correct but it worked for us and we would use this service again.

First of all we thought the hotel was a fake. It was all a building site and had to walk the whole way around to see a small sign saying reception. Then when we got to reception the guy who was only training couldn’t find our booking, he said they don’t do day rates, then his senior eventually came out and they had only got our booking by fax that morning.. even though I had booked one month prior. Anyway they found us a room and it all worked out eventually. Was close to the mall and there was a free airport shuttle.

First of all, I love that this dayroom service is available. I was a little confused at first, because my reservation was not found by the hotel, but a Hotels By Day representative sorted it all out and was super helpful. Our hotel room was ready promptly and it was such a trendy, cute place! Would recommend and use myself again!

We needed a room for a few hours while we waited to go to the airport, it was perfect for that, enabling us to shower and change before our long flight. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities you would need. The young man on the desk Johnno, was lovely, pleasant and polite, even though he was extremely busy. We felt it was a little pricey after tax etc' was added just for a day room, but it served the purpose we needed it for.

Watford Hilton was such a beautiful stay! Absolutely clean and fresh room. Immaculate bathroom,the room was clean and tidy , comfortable, airy, stocked with tea, coffee, milk, drinking chocolate. I'm a travel nurse who works at night, still doing front-line covid care in a pulmonary unit in a small community hospital in Far Rockaway which serves minority communities. I'm also a Hilton Gold Member status. I stay here for day use every week and sleep during the day between shifts. Last week, the front desk worker, Mandi, who has been polite before, was accusatory and condescending saying that I'm trying to have an early check-in and late check out without paying. My check-in time was 9am and I was standing at the front desk at exactly 8:49am. I asked to chec out at 6pm rather than 5 (which is included nin my Gold Member perks), and she said that would be an extra $10 even though I'd never been charged the 25 times I've stayed there before. She was extremely rude to the point of making me cry (because I was already so darn tired from working a 16-hour shift the night before. She was so rude that a stranger came and hugged me while I was waiting at the elevator and said sorry Mandi treated me like that. I'll continue to stay at this hotel because aside from this isolated incident, it's lovely, clean, and everyone else is friendly and accomodating. I just felt compelled to review this because it was so jarring to me.

If I could give it no stars I would! The hotel location is very beautiful but the room in front of the pool was dirty and old. If your booking a Dayroom you will not be given any beach front room (hotel policy). On Hotelsby Day website beach front rooms is what is being advertised with pictures but your not getting none of that. Also be ready to pay $26 for mandatory Valet at the front desk and when picking up your car from the Valet being asked again to pay $26. Looking at my bank statement this morning, they charged me 3 x for deposit, resort fee and valet parking.

Easy experience, however I was confused over payment as on booking it said payment due and we provided card details and thought we had paid but then paid at hotel. Checked statement and haven’t been charged twice but was confusing after coming off a night flight! Hotel was great, check in easy and room was lovely, managed to get some sleep before our 4.5hr drive home.

We rented the room from 10a-4p but weren't able to get into the room until 11am because Hotels By Day did not forward the reservation to the hotel. I had to make multiple calls to the Hotels By Day office who then had to talk to the front desk who then had to talk to the hotel manager who then had to collect my payment information. We did eventually get into the room and it was lovely, but the experience did not start off well. I was definitely disappointed, especially after receiving several confirmation emails. I was sure there would be no problems. Definitely put a damper on our short stay.

The online booking was troublesome because I like to talk to front desk to confirm reservations. I went ahead & did it online & hoped for the best. Sure enough we got to the hotel at 10:30am off a cruise ship, but when I tried to check in the receptionists said they had no rooms available even though I showed them my confirmation. They kept saying checking is at 3 pm, even though I told them it’s a “day stay”. I asked for their manager, who came & tried to say they don’t do that, rooms are being cleaned & not ready till 3pm. She’d not heard of “hotels by day” etc. I asked her to call the number on your confirmation. She spoke to someone & finally got things going. I had a reservation from 10am to 5 pm, but because of the hassle with front desk not working with me we lost an hour of our reservation! I asked for compensation or discount but they refused. They said they will honor our request even though they had no rooms available. I was not impressed with their handling of the whole situation, we were made to feel we invaded their space even though we paid for the room. The room itself was great. We got much needed rest since our flight was not till 7:00 that evening. I hope that we can use this service in future with less stress.

Room was quite small with a squeaky bed. Entry cards stopped working half way through the day so had to be taken back down to reception. Hotel seemed quite nice but I would not stay there for a longer period of time if my experience of the day room was a sample of the other rooms available to book.

Hotel was lovely and I enjoyed my stay, however I have been overcharged and charged twice with no explanation. I have no itemised bill either - so it’s left a sour taste in my mouth. When I first got there, I told them I had pre-paid and they couldn’t find that either so I stood in reception for 45 minutes waiting for them to figure it out before I could even go to my room after 9 hours of travelling.

Jaron, was an amazing front desk agent. He took all necessary steps, and was very professional. And when we left the hotel, he had a big line of guests waiting, me and my partner decided to sit and wait. He actually quickly checked us out without a line, and came up to us very nicely and professional to let us know! Amazing service! The hotel was an older hotel, and def more boutique. I loved the pool, although very small, but plenty of space to sit down and relax. Bar and restaurant are really nice, and everything has a homey feel to it. Rooms are smaller, but comfortable and clean. Excellent job!

Reservation was 7-5, I arrived at 8 and was told they don't have day rooms for the hours specified. They only have them in 5 hours blocks. I showed my confirmation clearly stating checkin is at 7 and check out at 5 but the manager said they do not offer those hours. They wanted to charge me for the morning block and afternoon block. After a bunch of back and forth, they said they will allow this time only. Also, this was the manager I was dealing with so I'm not sure where the problem is. More than likely will not go back if they will not honor the reservation next time.

The people at the front we’re very nice and the design and feel of the hotel lobby was very sophisticated and cool. However, if the hotel wanted to really stay unique and different from other competitors, I would recommend making sure to have some kind of alert or disclaimer that we would have to make sure to send ahead of time our booking information because hotels by day is not interfaced with the main hotel so they didn’t have my information and unknowingly charged my fiancé when I already paid online who assisted on checking us out while I was packing up my work laptop to leave. I think this causes confusion and also delay to the customer as well as not fair for the staff to be a bit puzzled and not have all the information to perform their duties from the check in and out process. I think if area was improved , I think guests might have a better satisfaction with their experience. Good luck!

The hotel offers rooms that are separate for work and rest. I got a combined setting where I did not feel comfortable with video meetings because the bed was in full view. In addition, the room and floor were not cleaned properly, and the housekeeping staff being disrespectfully loud and having inappropriate conversations outside the room door. I was in the middle of a meeting, and the door was knocked on for checkout when I had the room until 4:00 pm. This will be the last time I would use 48 LEX and may never use hotels by day ever again. I paid extra for a room layout that I never got.

The hotel was great, but the hotelsbyday website was misleading in that there was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, the reason I selected this location. Arrived at the airport, called the hotel to ask specifics and they said sorry we do not provide those services. Ended up ubering to and from the airport, spent more money than I anticipated. The rooms and service there was excellent, friendly staff and clean room.

Had a great and easy time. Shuttle picked us up within 5mins of arriving at the stop at LAX and then another 5 min ride to the hotel. We had a 10hr layover so this was perfect. Room was very big and spacious, with a massive bathroom. We liked this hotel because of the gym equipment and weren’t disappointed. Great to do a big workout and swim before heading back to the airport for our next flight. Pool left more to be desired and bar/lounge is closed for lunch. Next door has a great sandwich joint. Would definitely do again with a long lax layover

We booked 2 rooms at the four point by Sheraton at LAX for our friends who had a 10 hour layover on their way back to Europe. The hotel desk could not find the reservation even though we had reservation numbers and the rooms were paid in advance. My friends do not speak English and they called me in the middle of my night to try and untangle this mess. The front desk kept on saying there was no room available. After 30mns somehow they found a way to honor the reservations. While a great service, there needs to be a much better coordination with hotels. It should not be that hard!

The Four Points LAX is a depressing hotel. The rooms have a window that faces an enclosed hallway and feel very creepy. My family and I decided to spend all of our time at pool because the room was so creepy and unsatisfactory. The pool was fine, except for the visible trash on the general area. Overall I would describe the hotel as sad and poorly maintained.

Great stay for a 16 hour layover. I was able to easily walk to the historical center and enjoy a lovely bed. The check in was having a bit of issues on the hotels computer end but they were extremely accommodating. Easy to use, very convenient.

This was the worst experience ever. Booked a week in advance and travelled to the hotel only for them to tell me there is no reservation for my name, and that all rooms are full. I called 3 times before I got a call back, and all they said was they sent the reservation to the wrong email and there was nothing they can do. There are no hotels or motels available anywhere near me, so we are forced to sleep in our car. And for our inconvenience we were offered a 20 dollar credit to the site. Please do not book here. Call the hotel directly and book with them.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Although literally at the nd of a runway, I i not hear the airplanes or the trucks on the road outside. The HVAC was very load, though. Rating is because the room was too hot for me to sleep well. On entering, I immediately turned the temperature down to the lowest, 66. The room was never colder than 70.

Room was good and pretty! But I booked it for the day, to get some comfortable rest while our house is being rebuilt. At first it took a lot of time at the reception desk to get the room. It was like we checked in for a whole week. It took al least 15 minutes, maybe 20. Then someone from housekeeping entered the room while I was walking around in my underware. Then someone else from housekeeping knocked on the door while I was a sleep, to bring the hairdryer. They could be more professional about their Day use policy.

I book the room for a daystation while my vehicle was being serviced, book from 8 am -6 pm, got a call that I had to leave the room at 2 pm. Got a little angry, and was about to go and curse out the front desk, since my booking was till 6 pm. While on my way down to the front desk, got a call that my vehicle will be ready at 1 pm. Since that was the case I just left the hotel. Now beside this, the stay itself was amazing, the room was clean, and had a fresh smell. Would definitely do it again, but would want my full time that I paid for.

I was taking a break since I was working remotely from my job so I decided to use a room to finish work and then relax. You need to put down whether it will be an incidental rate will be a part of the rate. I hate that I find out last minute. It is what it is. The bed was too firm for me to lay down but good to work in which is why the rating is in the middle. I stayed at Club Quarters and Delta hotels which their beds were extremely comfortable.

I rented the room for the day and extended it for the evening/night as well. Hotel was located near the airport which was convenient, price was fair, no complaints with the room + a bonus to be able to cast directly to the TV from my phone. Only complaint I have was the fridge was not cleaned out and had Thai Express from god knows when as the fridge smelled

Having the day room in Boston was great since we weren’t flying out until the evening. The disappointing part was the extra $25+ fee charged on top of tax for the “destination charge” that I was not made aware of in advance. The booking said $89+tax and nothing about this additional fee. That was a surprise and made our reasonable prices stay much more expensive. I asked the hotel for an explanation and they said since I booked through you, you should have informed me about the charge in advance.

Was clean & comfortable. Room was rather small to be honest but nevertheless did the job. Got there and they were doing maintenance on the fire alarm system.... would have been nice to know this ahead of time since I had some videoconference meetings later that day (ended up being OK). Not the cheapest but it ewas a Friday so not surprising more expensive given the competition for rooms for the weekend. I would recommend.

The computers were down when I arrived at my destination, it was so hot and humid I asked for a bottled water but they had none either. Leaving took as long as the registration. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I must have caught them of a bad time. They really try hard when things went sideways. A solid 3 if things were perfect

The hotel posts that it has shuttle service but it’s extremely limited. Which to me is false advertisement. I was told shuttle service was every 37mins shuttle stops at 9am and resumes around 5pm. Terrible information

And who will be joining me in the room” That’s none of your business. It’s not the questions. It’s how they were asked. However, the room was very nice and clean.

I booked a dayroom in Chicago to make the best use of the day between an airbnb checkout and an afternoon flight home. The experience of finding a hotel, setting up a booking, and redeeming the points (in a web browser on a computer) was uncommonly smooth. I went in expecting rough edges, but no, the user experience is right up there with the biggest booking platforms. Maybe even better than some, which get bloated with upsells. Wonderful work on that! They dayroom was great! The Club Quarters at Wacker/Michigan was awesome except for an out-of-service elevator that made getting to/from the room slow at times. I was able to meditate, do some billable work, and not think about my bags when ducking out for a last-minute lunch with an old colleague. Peace and quiet are precious luxuries in the middle of a big city. I'm glad that Hotels By Day exists.

We almost did not get a room for the day despite our reservation with my credit card because the first receptionist we spoke with was very rude and quite frankly unaware that we had already reserved a room, saying check-in began at 4pm when we arrived around 11am. Another receptionist knew about the day use room option at the hotel and kindly set us up with a room. However, the price was much higher than what Hotels by Day said it would amount to. The customer service was poor, but my partner and I managed to enjoy our stay in the room and time at the waterfront.

The behavior by the front desk is unacceptable!  We immediately called the front desk and they apologized for any frustrating behavior.  As for the difference in rate, we were assured that the rate advertised is the rate they charged.  However, there's an extra hold on your credit card due to possible incidentals, which gets automatically refunded in 3 to 5 days.

I have booked a room here 3-4 times and never had an issue until yesterday. The receptionist very publicly announced I had booked through hotels by day with a very judgmental look on her face. Then 30 min into my stay housekeeping was banging on the door asking me how much longer until I was checking out. I was pretty disappointed in this experience. My previous visits have been fine. The rooms have always been clean so that is a plus!

Dayroom was just what we needed for our 6 hour Atlanta layover, however, despite Hotels By Day reconfirming our reservation, The Westin did not have our reservation; calls to HBD went to voicemail; reservation was eventually found but we spent 1/2 hour of our precious need for shower and nap waiting; HBD did call me back, but more than 1-1/2 hours later after we were already checked in; Love the concept and wish Westin had the reservation and HBD had someone to speak to at the time of need

This hotel and room was perfect for a few hours of rest in between flights. Check-in was smooth and the room was beautifully clean. Shower was good. Two negative points: 1. We asked for a baby cot, but this message never made it to the hotel. We asked at check-in and were told it will be done, but it never arrived. 2. There is a USD$300 charge still pending on our card several days after we left. We paid upfront for the room so there is no reason for this charge.

Had an unplanned 16 hour layover after a 14 hour flight due to flight changes- this was an early morning arrival with an evening departure - all the hotels near the airport could not guarantee an early check in before 2pm- so it was nice to use this service to get a confirmed 9am check in with a 6pm check out- for only half the cost of a full hotel room.

I stayed at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach. Chic, clean, modern hotel with with a great atmosphere. You feel relaxed from the moment you walk in the door. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, from parking valet, concierge staff, Restaurant and bar staff as well as the cleaning staff I encountered, I felt welcome and respected during all my interactions. Special shout out to Pablo and Chad from the front desk. The hotel as well maintained amenities, with a bar, resturant, cafe, outdoor gym, pool and patio. A quick and easy check in at the LAX Hilton yesterday for a noon to 6pm reservation. Just what i needed after a very early start and a 10 hour layover at LAX. This service seems to work well. I hope future booking go as well!

​It was a great experience. We arrived before the 10 a.m. check in time and were told to go and have breakfast while we waited for a room. The room they gave us was fantastic so we were able to just relax, have a stroll around the grounds and by the pool and it was such a pleasant way to spend the day. Our flight was at 9 p.m. so it all worked out really well, much better than spending it in a crowded airport. The staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely do this again. Well worth the money.

I’ve used Hotels By Day when I need to get away from the two places I have spent the most time over the past 2 years:  Home and work, as home and work blend.  I never get any privacy to read a book, take a hot bath, etc.  No travel also meant no vacations.  So booking a room once a month has been my guilty pleasure.  Take the day off work and just enjoy some peace and solitude.  Making an appointment for ME time has kept my sanity.

​Nice service.  I was pleased to have a place to spend the day while work was being done in my house. I didn't want to bother my friends from 9-5, so it worked out well. I do wish I had the option of choosing my hours, however. It worked out, but I could have used an additional hour, but the hotel staff said they couldn't extend the time by that long.

​Hotels By Day is the way.  I like how much response I get from them. They always ask me how was my stay before I can even leave a review. They also care about the hotels staff, asking me in an email if I would care to leave a tip for the staff. I leave cash however I did respond telling them that and they responded back. Now that is customer service.

Amazing! I needed a quiet place place for the day where I could get things done, have a peace of mind, no interruptions and have that change of scenery if but for a second.
