The hotel was nice and they had a good pool area. Unfortunately there were no loungers around the pool which made sunbathing impossible. The few loungers that were there were broken, which made it look unsightly.

We checked in around 10am from our cruise and before a night flight, check in was easy and staff polite and helpful, room clean and spacious, hotel a little dated

Our reservation was from 10-6. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room! I told him I had a medical need he said he did not care. Our room was not a priority. Don’t book unless you don’t care if it won’t be ready. Also lots of cursing over the loud speaker with children present.

The check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were great.

930am check in was slow moving, but the room worked well for luggage storage and pool time for 2, but the key card didn't work upon re-entry. Upsetting. Waiting in line at front desk for new keys ate into our day maybe 20-30 minutes of up and down... leaving us panicked for our 5pm flight... but would do this again.

Mercury must have been in retrograde this past week as you're the second guest that left us a review that week, at different hotels, about key cards that did not work as intended (or at least not on its first try). Strange phenomenon... At least our site worked out for you to book your day use stay. Maybe because our logo are 2 old fashion keys, and not keycards?! :)

Nicely refurbished hotel. Front desk clerk was not very friendly. BUT…..our big complaint is regarding the restaurant which according to your website, was supposed to be open, but was closed for lunch. Heard the guests complaining about it. Only option for lunch was the overpriced snack bar. We had a turkey club but it was dry because it came without condiments. We stayed here last month and we could order takeout from the restaurant but no sit down service. Fix the restaurant and we’ll be back.

The room looked nice but needed minor touchups. After exiting the room once, the keycard wouldn't open the room door again. The front desk issued me new keycards, and those did not work. After spending an hour going back and forth two more times, I had to be let in with a set of physical keys. At this point, I had very little time left in the room and had to scarf down my already cold food.

I was dreading my stay as I’d spent a night there 2 weeks previously in a bed with an un ironed cover and with a lumpy pillow, however my day room was much better and was adequate for my needs. I did think it was expensive though.

While we are happy to hear that you had a better room assigned to you for your day stay than your night stay, we regret to hear that the rate was high. Keep in mind that the whole world is in Miami during this time (or at least, that's how it feels) and that of course hotels are doing what they can to keep demand in check with the limited supply.

The hotel was perfect for our needs between a Cruise and a late flight. Very friendly helpful reception staff. The bar menu was good and the food was excellent. I recommend the Caesar Salad with chicken. My husband had Pizza, equally good. The location was ideal because we could go out for a walk. Although we didn't use it, the pool area was nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very convenient.

The experience was flawless and met every expectation. We had 8 hours to kill post-cruise and spending it in the privacy of our own room, rather than in airport chairs, was an absolute luxury. But the cost, for this luxury was surprisingly affordable.

The hotel charged me for the room a second time, although I already paid through this site. I could not get them on the phone to discuss. The man at check in was not at the desk, seemed irritated that I called for him, and was rude when I asked if I could process my check-in 30 minutes early. I only want the paperwork complete so that I could leave for food and then go to my room when my check in time started. Also, the lobby was a nightmare due to renovations.
