The room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs but our stay was let down by the lift situation. Only one of two lifts working, which was small. Took ages to get a lift, we must have waited fifteen minutes to get our luggage down when we checked out, and during the day there was such a long queue we eventually took the stairs - we were on the tenth floor which was manageable but the hotel has thirty-six floors!

I always use Hilton Homewood Suites in Blue Lagoon Miami, Fl due to late flight returning from a cruise. The check in was quick and easy. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. A few restaurants are within walking distance. Very convenient. Will definitely use them again.

bed is not queen size just twin beds combined.. space is comfy… just hoped that there is also an option to close windows

The hotel was really nice, but the rooms, not so much. There was only 1 electric socket available to charge my laptop and phones. It appeared as though the room hadn't been dusted for quite some time. I expected so much more based on the pictures from the website, but it gave respite for the 8 hours time between flights so...
