I was assigned a room, but when I arrived, it hadn’t been serviced yet. I was then reassigned to a “suite.” Unfortunately, the suite wasn’t great; the first thing I saw upon entering was a dirty, worn-out pull-out couch. The bedroom closet was also missing a door. Since I was traveling alone, I didn't need the extra space anyway—I just wanted a quality room.
The shower was another major disappointment. The shower head was fixed at an uncomfortable angle, and the water never got hot enough, remaining strictly lukewarm. I was truly looking forward to a hot shower after a long trip.
These details can mean the difference between an excellent stay and a mediocre one. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to get some much-needed sleep.

The hotel was hosting a beauty pageant event and there was continuous loud talking, girls screaming, and so much running on multiple floors, especially outside our room near the elevators on the 7th floor. We paid to SLEEP there for the day, but we kept waking up to so much noise. I told the front desk but they said they didn’t have any control over the events at the hotel. I’m frustrated that you offer a day hotel option for people to rest when you aren’t honoring an environment for resting and relaxing.

We stayed here last year after our cruise because our flight was later in evening and that was the case this time as well . The price and friendly staff ,location all were why we chose this hotel.

This worked out better than expected. We got off the cruise ship went right to the beach had fun, lunch, drinks, showered then got back on the ship in plenty of time. Love the location, staff and it was so easy to book and check in. Would definitely recommend.

It was the worst experience, of my life their price was to much and the accommodation was not good enough, bathroom was not clean so i won't recommend any one this hotel, at this same price you can get better hotel in Delhi in a prime location they were charging too much for this hotel.

I chose this hotel as I had a late flight after my cruise. When I got there I realised that I had stayed there 2 years previously, for an overnight before a cruise. The hotel did not disappoint. It was clean and met all my needs. The free shuttle to the airport is great. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Finding a place where we did not need to stay over night was a great luck to us. Thanks to Chat GPT for finding that. The hotel was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the amazing pool. Easy check in and check out, price is reasonable and fair and a day time stay. We will definitely come back here again and again.
