Overall it was a great stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I'd say went wrong is that they advertise you get a an umbrella and loungers on the beach with your resort fee, but when I went to the beach, they tried to charge me for the umbrella, saying it was not included. I was only going to be at the beach 2 hours tops so it didn't make sense to pay for an umbrella but it was also advertised as included, which is not true. Other than that, I had no issues and would stay again.

Body lotion is empty and no microwave. Trash bag not in the room.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Perfect for the day after a cruise and before a long haul flight. Shuttle service to the airport was perfect.

Quick check-in. Bags were taken immediately and held for us until we were ready to go to the airport. Staff at front door and front desk very friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfy. Location was within walking distance to store and restaurants.

Quick check in and clean room. Place is very old but was well taken care of… grateful For a place that was relatively cheap and gave us a chance to relax before our air b n b was ready that evening

Terrible shuttle service, I almost missed my flight. Rude driver and stuff. Room was old, had dirty linens and poorly renovated. No bathtub in the room. I wish I could give a negative review

Staff was very courteous and welcoming room was clean but the decor was a little strange and furniture was not very comfortable. The hand chair is absolutely worthless. Couch was very plastic. Thank god the bed was comfortable.

The booking and checking in process was easy, quick and convincing. The room... was a different issue. A/C seemed to work but the room would not cool down. Nothing like sleeping in a room that is on fire. I tried to open the windows which allowed some air but the noise from the busy street was unbearable. The TV would turn on but remote did not work. The room appeared to be designed and positioned for 2 queen beds but one was removed- leaving a large empty space- very strange. Otherwise, room and bathroom were clean. Would probably book a different hotel for my next day-cation. If you're looking for a day-cation and okay with staying in a room with no temp regulation (on the warmer side) and without a TV- this may work for you.

The person that works at check-in was great and very friendly. The hotel looks nice but old and needs some repairs. The carpet in the room was very dirty, not something that a vacuum will clean. It should be replaced soon.

Great value for the price. The hotel is a bit dated but nicely decorated. Bartenders provide excellent service, and it's nice chatting with guests from around the world. The front desk service is also excellent.

I paid in advance, but the hotel said they could not find any payment and wanted me to pay again. I contacted Hotelsbyday on WhatsApp and they phoned the hotel in minutes and sorted it out straight away. Hotel room was very good as was the hotel.

Hotel is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Easy and free parking. Close to two major malls!

Room was clean, stocked with tea, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and blackout curtains. I really couldn't have asked for anything more for a long layover after a very long flight. Complimentary airport shuttle was convenient. Good value and much needed for some rest in between flights.

The room was clean but full of cigarette smoke. The previous customer had covered the smoke sensor and smoked from the room. The housekeeper should have noted this.

Everything was great except parking. It's not acceptable that you charge your guests a parking fee. I won't stay there again because of that.

Nicely furnished, very clean hotel in a good location just 10mins from MIA. Complimentary airport shuttle bus was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and book again. Good value for day use whilst waiting for a late flight.

As a full time caregiver I need breaks. To be able to get a day use room is important. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. I have no complaints. This will be my go to. So thankful for reduced rate day use option

Nice clean room with a comfort badroom. Ideal for a daytime layover, I slept and showered for 6 hours. Quiet room. Free shuttle every 15 min at all terminals, only a 5 min ride from airport. Didn't use any facilities but all had a modern look.
