Easy check in process. Hotel and room very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Excellent customer service at front desk. Shuttle service was on time, convenient, and very efficient.

Gran ubicación, cercana a Polanco, Reforma y la Condesa/Roma. Muy buenas instalaciones y gran atención del personal que estuvo siempre en contacto. La habitación tenía tina y la televisión contaba con sistema para conectarse a apps de streaming. El estacionamiento es limitado de espacio.

My stay at the Comfort Inn JFK Airport just barely met expectations. The room was clean enough not to go played but they definitely were areas of dirt that were missed in the cleaning including substrands of hairs and the bed sheets. Room definitely is in need of a lot a lot of the walls and furniture are scuffed up. Check in was easy and nice, but unfortunately while I was in my room the cleaning staff were cleaning the other rooms in the hallway and we're very loud yelling to each other making jokes and even pulling pranks on each other where they would jump at and scare each other. How'd I know this because I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Overall, I'm thankful that I was able to have a day stay at this hotel during my 10-hour layover, but I would not have been happy to have slept in this hotel overnight.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Houston was very clean and amenities were great. Restaurant next door. Check in was easy after reception figured out our reservation. Would use hotelsbyday again

We got a day room at the Courtyard by Marriott Central Park in NYC. Had a late flight after returning on a cruise so the 9am-5pm time frame worked perfectly. Was even given a room on the "Elite Level" (whatever this was; we just used the room as a based to park luggage, shower, take a nap and explore the area a bit before heading out to JFK for our flight home.) I would definitely try HotelsbyDay.com again.

Very Disappointed with Our Stay Unfortunately, our experience at the La Quinta Inn in Buffalo was far below expectations. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was trash left behind the toilet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the entire room. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and unclean, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. When you book a hotel, you expect a clean and comfortable environment, but this property did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves housekeeping practices so future guests don’t have the same experience. ⭐ 1/5 Stars Cleanliness is one of the most important parts of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this location missed the mark completely.

Everything about the hotel was nice. The only thing I dislike is the website’s use of cookies to collect data. You can justify that practice however you want, but it’s still wrong.

Friendly and easy check in. The room was okay for a few hours but had an odor and visible mold in the bathroom

Check In/Check Out was swift. Conveniently located at NY Penn Station (had to change airports and some time to spare) Room was clean. Would book again…

Damp rug smell permeated the room and made it hard to nap. The ild rug smell also made me feel that the rug musy not be clean so i felt i needed to wear my slippers at all times.
