The room looked nice but needed minor touchups. After exiting the room once, the keycard wouldn't open the room door again. The front desk issued me new keycards, and those did not work. After spending an hour going back and forth two more times, I had to be let in with a set of physical keys. At this point, I had very little time left in the room and had to scarf down my already cold food.

Wanted to spend the day sitting around watching TV, reading, etc waiting for my 9pm flight. At this hotel, the room was very cold (was told no heat in hotel), TV did not work, no place to sit except bed and desk chair. After inquiry at front desk, a man tried unsuccessfully to get TV to work. Front desk said they would call when they could move us to another room. Never called. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I love the soft pillow, the man who came to repair the TV, the maid that I interacted with, and one of the two front desk people were all very nice and helpful. But, even wearing two sweatshirts and a long sleeved knit shirt, the only place I could stay warm enough was under covers in the bed.

The room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the stated check-in time. This is frustrating when the reason you purchased a day room was to avoid waiting around with your bags. Many people were waiting for a day room and were very upset none were ready because “they were sold out last night”. The rooms are a bit old and dingy. Airport shuttle was convenient.

This hotel is older and definitely not updated. The room I was in didn’t have a working deadbolt, but thank goodness it had a chain because someone (assuming housekeeping) knocked on my door and opened it!

First of all room was lovely and spacious so no complaints re size and cleanliness. However upon check in I was told Tv might not work and no idea when it would be working. Unfortunate but not much we could do and not the receptionist fault. I was looking forward to using pool for a few hours before a long flight and was told sorry pool unavailable and this was main reason we booked this. Then it took 4 trips back to reception to get the key to work. Then once in room the wifi did not work. So the facilities I needed I didn’t get any of them extremely annoyed paying $130 and not getting anything we expected. Even if it was for day use.

After one shower there was no more hot water. I was really looking forward to a nice shower. And we are a family of four, were charged extra for having kids, and they didn’t get to shower because there was no hot water.

Had to ask the two housekeepers in a room next to mine to stop talking loudly, laughing and moving several times the bed with a loud noise while leaving the door open. This being said, my room was very clean, hence the two stars.
