One of the most essential parts of my stay was to be Taking a Shower. The water in that room's shower would not heat up at all. Cold cold shower- horrible upsetting disappointing yuck

Shoshana was AMAZING!!!!! The male representative at the front desk was very good! The two women working at the front desk that day were rude and not friendly! We actually tried to get another day hotel because of the rudeness of the front desk

It was Ok but there just one dedicated shuttle bus (I wish we knew we would a grabbed taxi). It was different frequent shared shuttle years ago. Not much flexibility to shift hours to exactly when we actually needed our layover. Pool area lacked umbrellas or shade combined with selfishness of guests who hogged all the shady spots with belongings at mid day for when they wanted to come back. It is not possible to contact many of these hotels anymore for specifics anymore. I'm glad I found the Hotels By Day - will use it again.

Room was comfortable and AC worked. TV signal was barely functioning and WiFi was very slow. It did the job for a long layover though. Location was bad with beggars and other types just outside the door. Would not come back to this location but would choose another one

The hotel was nice and they had a good pool area. Unfortunately there were no loungers around the pool which made sunbathing impossible. The few loungers that were there were broken, which made it look unsightly.

Nicely refurbished hotel. Front desk clerk was not very friendly. BUT…..our big complaint is regarding the restaurant which according to your website, was supposed to be open, but was closed for lunch. Heard the guests complaining about it. Only option for lunch was the overpriced snack bar. We had a turkey club but it was dry because it came without condiments. We stayed here last month and we could order takeout from the restaurant but no sit down service. Fix the restaurant and we’ll be back.

I've used this hotel on a number of occasions as handy for the airport but I have to say it's becoming very dated and worn. A couple of the seats at the pool were exceptionally dirty and not fit for purpose.

took 20 minutes to get our room once we arrived (they're "system was slow") apparently. The room I wanted was the "suite" like in the picture, but apparently there's a difference between "mini" and "studio" or "deluxe" suite, which was not clear in the reservation. The hotel was essentially empty that day, so it would've been nice to just be moved to the room we had wanted and/or been offered some sort of discount for the delay and miscommunication.

The check in Agent was not rude but not welcoming either. Seemed ambivalent about my arrival. I asked if I could extend my day use stay but before I could explain why I got a resounding NO. I must have had a surprised expression because then she elaborated after 6pm it’s only overnight stays allowed. The room was basic which is fine but it looks tired and in need of a refresh. The bathroom certainly needs a redo because the tub looks dirty while clean coz of age and the faucets are rusty. The carpet needs shampooing as walking shoes on my bare feet left the soles dirty. I’m not sure if there is in room dining at all…didn’t see any info in the room about it nor was it shared at check in. The one good thing about the hotel is its location inside the Airport and proximity to my airline’s check in desk. Physical location - Diamond stars. Service and comfort level of the room 2.5 - 3 stars.

For future reference, the hotel does offer a dining option on the seventh floor, a steakhouse with a full bar, open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It’s helpful to know that the location within the airport added convenience to your travel day, and your insights provide valuable direction on where service and comfort can be strengthened. The hotel was shabby round the edges. Very tired room that had evidently had a splash of paint. Positioned right next to a number of (busy) conference rooms. There was an unsavoury odour and I was glad I wasn’t sleeping there. The pool was fine, BUT there were barely any loungers or seats. We eventually managed to grab a very dilapidated clam style lounger. It was a wreck but better than nothing. The pool was unheated and too cold to swim. It also needed a clean. WE DID manage to use their airport shuttle, and the driver was lovely. It was fine for a day stay BUT I would not sleep there. A lot of money for a few hours. Also, it was evident that people were storing luggage and then just hanging round the pool. If I were a different sort of person I could have done the same and not paid $160 for the privilege of dumping bags is a shoddy room.

While the hotel itself was fine I was not pleased with the accessibility of the shuttle service to the airport. There was only one shuttle running on a busy travel day. This was my purpose of choosing this hotel due to close proximity to the airport & shuttle service. After waiting over 40 minutes I called a Lyft to get to the airport timely. This defeated one purpose of the use of the hotel. There were two other vans on site and one pulled up I thought to get another load of people. The driver stated there was another one coming and after waiting we needed to get to the airport. Very disappointed with this aspect of the service. I cannot say that I would be tempted to stay again due to this inconvenience. Had not planned to spend extra "surge" Lyft price to get to the airport.
