I had a very difficult reception event. I came to the hotel and the reception officer said that I did not book a room. I showed your mails and it did not help. She said that there is no final booking but only an offer for booking without reservation. Finally she gave me a day-use room which was good.

I loved how easy it was to book and the availability to stay for a quick daycation. The front desk staff was wonderful and super accommodating. The only issue I had was how long and expensive the valet was. Other than that, it was amazing.

Day stay hotel was great!???? We came off a cruise and had a late flight. This was a great way to relax, watch tv and shower before heading to the airport. The airport shuttle was free too which was a bonus! I love this idea and will definitely do it again!
