I'm sorry but this is a Marriot/sheraton property? The lobby looked nice but everything else about this hotel was very low quality. The outdated and dirty rooms are awful. The old, thin towels were disappointing to say the least! The bedding was nice but the quality and cleanliness of everything else made the bedding seem like a very small win. I asked for a robe at the front desk and the person had no idea what a robe was. When I finally got her on the same page she kinda chuckled and said" oh no, we don't have those". I then asked," is this a marriot/sheraton property?" She said yes. I then asked if they had any soda and she directed me to the little snack section in the reception area with the convenience food for purchase. Zilch! Water and Gatorade. Not a soda to be had. It was just an awful experience in general. Even the pool was awful. It was freezing an a few crappy stackable chairs. No table. Not a relaxing place. Four points in Norwood has a spectacular pool area. I am so sorry I chose to take my little staycation at this property. I never write bad reviews. Only good ones. Sadly I was compelled to report this. Don't think anyone else should have their little respite ruined by a bad choice in accommodations. My opinion, this property should be gutted and start fresh. Location is great. Everything else feels like a run down motel 6

Room was booked from 11:30am until 7:30pm. Returned at 6:30pm hoping to shower and change only to find housekeeping cleaning the room and my belongings having been removed. Was this the hotel's mistake or HotelsbyDay? I don't know. Employees at the desk tried to do what they could to make this right (partial refund and drink tickets) but still I was quite disappointed.

I paid through the app, and the staff who attend me in the front desk also charged me for the same room. I showed him the information that was in the app and I don't think he didn't realize what he did.

Room was terrible : smelled moldy (carpet was damp), lamps bed didn't work,as well as the sockets. Showerhead not working,... I guess they use rooms they need to repair as a quick earning to sell them for day-use. They promised us a 50% refund.

They canceled my reservation without notification so I found out at the front desk after driving one hour and then paying to park

Hotels by day charged my credit card, then the hotel also charged me for the same room. Tried calling the hotel, but the front desk people who answer the phone are apparently powerless to do anything about it. I was told “my manager should already be here, but is not here yet.” Promised a call back later. We’ll see if that happens.

My 18.5 year old daughter arrived after a long flight. She was told at the reception that she could not have the room. They sent her away without checking how she would manage. Under no circumstances did they agree to give her the room. Really wrong. Really disappointing.

Disorganized and messy lobby. Tried to force me to pay cash until I showed my receipt and argued with the front desk. Only one singular towel in the room. Air condition was turned off on our arrival. Do not recommend.

WORST SERVICE EVER I got a confirmation email a day before for two rooms and when I got there I was told there wasn’t rooms available, we had been off a red eye flight and were super tired, it very stressful to say the least, my elderly parents where with me and I just wanted them to get some rest. What made things worst is that I was told that they could get me on another hotel near by, on the second hotel they also didn’t had rooms available. They were able to get us two rooms two hours after. We were so tired that we ended up paying almost 400 dlls for little less than two hours of sleep and a quick shower, imagined how tired, desperate and worried for my parents that I accepted this joke of an offer.
This experience was by far one of the worst I’ve had while travelling.

Awful room with no view. misguided staff giving incorrect information. Paid to use the facilities and verified they were working and when I got there nothing was working and they refused to refund me. Hotel manager wouldn’t even call or apologise , just text me over WhatsApp . Packed up and left to the hotel next door (Assila, Marriott luxury collection hotel)

This is nothing like the photos on the website.... This is really a short stay sex hotel, the room was dirty with no sheets or blankets.... there was still the dirty dishes in the room from the people before us.... To make matters worse they were renovating with all the noise to go with that.... Ended up booking another hotel.... my advise give this hotel a miss

Not for Transiting passengers. This hotel is more to have a time with hookers for couple of hours of the day.

Huge disappointment!!! I give no star at all. Looks like a big scam. We thought we had booked a room for the day but it was only a pass to a lounge room and amenities at the hotel. We were very tired and wanted to rest after a 13 hour long flight but the hotel said we can’t have a room, they only allowed us to sit in the lounge. There was no contact or customer service to cal the hot bday. We were left with no option and no where to find assistance. Avoid, it is not worth your money and time.
