The hotel didn’t have my reservation from Hotels By Day which made checking in delayed. Not good considering you only have limited time in the room. Other than that my experience was good!

Pullman Miami Airport was good for a Day-Layover. Room and Pool dated but okay, fast check-in and out. rather expensive but I would consider it again.

Excellente idée ! J'ai pu dormir et prendre une douche. Seul problème : j'avais réservé la chambre jusqu'à 16 h, mais ils ont essayé de la nettoyer jusqu'à 15 h 10 !

The room was large and clean and available on time as between 2 night flights. The hotel is handy for the airport being a short distance away. Check in was easy. After check out, I wanted to use the pool which turned out to be a whirlpool only. Only discovered once in the whirlpool that there were no towels in the room! It took 3 attempts to get into the room where the whirlpool is, the door is locked so you need a room key, one that has been activated otherwise you can´t get in the room. The business centre was helpful. The shuttle bus was late but reception called them to check they were coming.

Reservamos solo por 6h está bien para descansar la habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda. se veía todo limpio menos el inodoro que se ve q lo limpiaron y olvidaron tirar la cadena. Son detalles ha tener en cuenta.

Love it, but needs to be easier to find a preferred location
I had to dig around when reserving for the hotel I wanted. I would like it to be easier to find. I scrolled and filtered, but it took more time than I wanted it to.
I love having day stay options and being able to pay onsite, instead of have to use a card when booking.

My experience had the potential to be a 5-star stay; however, the very strong musty odor in the room upon arrival was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and I appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool before my departure. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a valuable convenience.
