We booked a day room at EB Hotel Miami after disembarking from a five-day cruise while waiting for our evening flight. Upon check-in, we were informed that the water had been shut off for routine maintenance and that our reservation would be canceled as a result. Having already spent $90 on an Uber from PortMiami, we decided to keep the room rather than arrange additional transportation and spend seven hours at the airport. The staff placed us on the second floor, where we were told the water was still functioning and would likely be restored within a few hours. As a courtesy, we were also given two complimentary drink vouchers. The room itself was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the water never returned during our stay. We were still able to order room service, which was decent, though somewhat expensive, and we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle. While the staff did their best to accommodate us, the lack of running water significantly impacted our experience. Given the circumstances, we would not choose to stay here again.
The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough but was freaking hot and took too long for the AC working properly and refreshing the room. The staff were confused at communicating with each other about the day use booking - I got 2 door knocks and they were yelling and talking so loud on the hallway during the day (probably cleaning up other rooms). I really thought I could have an earlier check-in because I got there at 7:30, but the receptionist said we would have to wait until 9am, we just wanted a room to rest before the next flight.

Never got the damage deposit refunded. Never going here again

Property was average at best. Front desk clerk could not use the computer and insisted that I call my bank because all my credit cards were declining (with an 840 credit score). Meanwhile she just didn’t know how to use the system and almost denied my booking. She was offensive and incompetent.
The good thing about the hotel is you can't really hear the airplane noise in this location. The room was clean enough. But the staff were really bad at communicating with each other about the day use booking -- I got 2 door knocks and a phone call from the front desk before I was supposed to check out asking why I hadn't left yet. Heavy footfall from the room above would literally shake the bed, making it hard to sleep, so I'd only recommend the top floor. Also, the shuttle had a mixup too so it flew past me the first time -- had to wait 40 minutes after I called before finally getting it. Some staff are pretty unfriendly.

Room clean and the right size. Very good location. Parking is extra in a nearby car park. Staff isn't great, overall medium experience.

It could have been 5 star if the comfort room smells nice hehe. but over all it's okay, the AC is working fine which is what I really need. Thank you
They cancelled at the hotel just as I arrived to use the room for a work meeting.

Damp rug smell permeated the room and made it hard to nap. The ild rug smell also made me feel that the rug musy not be clean so i felt i needed to wear my slippers at all times.

There could have been more shade on the pool but everything else was wonderful and we had a great stay at the holiday inn Toulouse airport
The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and nice towels. The staff were pleasant.
