My stay was a little rocky...the front desk kept telling me they had no booking for me ...then they tried to charge me more for the room than what I reserved it for....... eventually, after 30 minutes of waiting, I finally got the price I was quoted

We booked a day room at EB Hotel Miami after disembarking from a five-day cruise while waiting for our evening flight. Upon check-in, we were informed that the water had been shut off for routine maintenance and that our reservation would be canceled as a result. Having already spent $90 on an Uber from PortMiami, we decided to keep the room rather than arrange additional transportation and spend seven hours at the airport. The staff placed us on the second floor, where we were told the water was still functioning and would likely be restored within a few hours. As a courtesy, we were also given two complimentary drink vouchers. The room itself was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the water never returned during our stay. We were still able to order room service, which was decent, though somewhat expensive, and we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle. While the staff did their best to accommodate us, the lack of running water significantly impacted our experience. Given the circumstances, we would not choose to stay here again.

The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough but was freaking hot and took too long for the AC working properly and refreshing the room.
The staff were confused at communicating with each other about the day use booking - I got 2 door knocks and they were yelling and talking so loud on the hallway during the day (probably cleaning up other rooms). I really thought I could have an earlier check-in because I got there at 7:30, but the receptionist said we would have to wait until 9am, we just wanted a room to rest before the next flight.

We booked this hotel using hotels by day. The Element was clean, the room was spacious and smelled good. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and was able to rest in the lobby. They even offered us breakfast from their buffet until our room was ready. This was the perfect place to rest and relax after our cruise and before our evening flight. We will stay there again.

The room was clean, quiet, easily accessible, and comfy. Check in with Michael was pleasant and kind. He made everything easy and was very empathetic about our family situation. We were able to rest, shower, and order delivery food.

As always its wonderful experience my stay I booked almost every week for me, my colleagues etc overall experience is amazing, just to remind as always tissue and basic grooming kit sleepers every time need to remind but over all it's amazing property.

Property was average at best. Front desk clerk could not use the computer and insisted that I call my bank because all my credit cards were declining (with an 840 credit score). Meanwhile she just didn’t know how to use the system and almost denied my booking. She was offensive and incompetent.

I learned about Hotels by day a few years ago in an episode of Shark Tank. We travel to Williamsburg a few times a year to enjoy the town and Busch Gardens. I’m so happy that Wyndham Garden is a part of it now! We bring our pet with us everywhere we go, and our daycation was relaxing and very comfortable to skip on the 90F degree weather. We will definitely be back.

The good thing about the hotel is you can't really hear the airplane noise in this location. The room was clean enough. But the staff were really bad at communicating with each other about the day use booking -- I got 2 door knocks and a phone call from the front desk before I was supposed to check out asking why I hadn't left yet. Heavy footfall from the room above would literally shake the bed, making it hard to sleep, so I'd only recommend the top floor. Also, the shuttle had a mixup too so it flew past me the first time -- had to wait 40 minutes after I called before finally getting it. Some staff are pretty unfriendly.

My hubby and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. The customer service was excellent. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was really yummy. Will definitely stay there again.
